We had been to this restaurant a few years ago, so we got a reservation for our first night in Halifax. We had a lovely dinner - trout and a very tasty chicken dinner. The next afternoon we went to happy hour for a drink and CA$1.50 oysters!! The next night we went back for dinner again, and we each had filet mignon with pepper sauce. Our server was very professional, and we enjoyed talking with her. One point for dinners - the menu has limited wine selections, and you need to ask for another document. The ambiance in the larger upstairs dining room is well done. One small complaint was the music selection, but that is just a matter of taste - others may have enjoyed it. We would go back for certain.

Great seafood and service. A great dinner spot in Halifax. The whole roasted branzino was delicious! Wish they had better dessert options, although they offered three, and we had 2; the olive oil cake and lemon cake, we all thought they could have been more memorable as an ending.

Our server Jayden was lovely, friendly and helpful! The Oysters Rockefeller were terrific, Lobster was very good - a lot of food on that plate! I had the Five Fish Experience and it was phenominal! One of the best meals ever. Not too much as the only thing really filling was the risotto. Highly recommend

Service was exceptional. Had some special off-menu requests which were easily and cheerfully taken care of by our server, Mehvish. We were even treated to a tastng of an appetizer. The manager came by to inquire about our experience, as well. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Solid cocktails, service, and food quality! The seafood was nicely prepared. Very fresh and thankfully not overcooked like many restaurant chefs tend to do. This was by far our best dining experience during our stay in Nova Scotia.

Food was amazing however service left a lot to be desired. Waiter forgot two items requested and offered a half hearted apology. Had booked well in advance and was looking forward to our dinner...this placed a damper on the night. We opted to clear out and go elsewhere for further drinks and dessert.
