    Our high tea was absolutely exceptional the food the ambiance and our server named Meghan was absolutely delightful I’m looking forward to coming again thank you

    When we arrived at the front of the hotel two buses were occupying the valet parking area! This caused my wife considerable difficulty as she is presently using a walker. I was then instructed to either accept valet parking or park in the rear of the hotel. Luckily I found one space at the rear of the hotel. In future I will accept valet parking. The ambience and service was first rate. The traditional high tea was very good. This is a very expensive lunch however for a special birthday it was quite appropriate.

    The server was quite professional and made us quite comfortable in our assigned area She made sure to check for food allergies or special requests and offered quite a few alternatives and let us make a choice which was most suitable to our needs. Can’t wait to go back again

    Enjoyed afternoon tea. It was my son's first visit and he loved it. Would recommend a more fruity type herbal tea for the kids. The cucumber sandwiches were pretty bland but everything else was delish.

    A splendid selection of food and an excellent price for the high tea. We ordered The Prince Wales tea that came with a quality array of cheese and fruit as well. The staff was friendly and attentive.

    We’ve eaten here several times before and never had a bad experience so I’m willing to write off last night as a one off thing. I have an allergy to mayonnaise so I did warn them on my reservation as I always do. When we got our tea the bottom level of the stand had three croissants with egg salad dripping from them on top of all the other sandwiches. I asked the waitress if she knew about the allergy request and she said yes. I pointed out that I can’t eat anything on the bottom of the stand so she brought me two triangles of cucumber and butter and half a strawberry. She seemed to be the only person working and the dining room was busy but it wasn’t when we arrived. In past visits my food was served separately from the rest to avoid cross contamination. Even getting a refill of the milk was difficult and took 20 minutes to get her attention but I appreciate that she was very busy at that time. I do think she should have had some help because she couldn’t possibly serve everyone in the room.
