There's a reason why you need to book this place in advance--it's so consistently good! There was a fun selection of draughts for my dining companion, and I selected one of their fun cocktails from the menu (with an assist from our server because they all looked so tasty). For our dinners we had the Lamb Shepherd’s Pie and Rabbit Pie and a side of the green beans, all delicious. And for dessert we shared a Sticky Toffee Pudding which is always ridiculously yummy.

Good food, friendly staff and bustling setting. Sat outside. I love inside for colder days.

I had brunch with a friend outdoors on Sunday. We were seated quickly. I had the root vegetable soup which was very creamy and delicious. I didn't know what to expect with the steelhead trout crudo with trout roe. It was beautifully presented and tasted wonderful. My friend had raw oysters which compared with some of the best she's had. She enjoyed her dandelion salad, which was so large she took some home. Given how busy the outdoor section was, our service was fine.

A perfect evening! Love the atmosphere. Second floor pooch room was so charming. Thank you to the wonderful staff, chefs, and esp Nathan our server. He was a smiling angel! We’ll be back!

Excellent meal! it was our second time there and it was just as good for brunch as it was for dinner.

The food was good, though the fish portion of the fish and chips was small. The chicken sandwich was excellent, as was the homemade ricotta cheese appetizer. The sticky toffee pudding is a home run. Definitely going back, the burger that went to the next table looked delicious, and I need to try it.

Mediocre food..music way too loud and inappropriate for the type of atmosphere it’s trying to create. Clearly a playlist of one of the employees. The place is also looking shabby around the edges. I will say that the service was excellent, and the bartender made an amazing Manhattan. Overall a very uneven experience.

Lovely waitstaff, drinks & food. Was a little noisy at times from a group of 4 not talking with their inside voices. Once they left it was lovely. I would love to go back for brunch.
