Welcome to The Crown at Burchetts Green.

My aim has always been to offer beautiful food in an authentic English pub. Dishes that are heart-warming, seasonal, and packed with flavor. All I wanted was for our guests to return home happy and contented! This aim established our reputation and remains firmly in place today.

At The Crown, our hospitality will be based on exactly these principles - seasoned, I hope, with a pinch of added ambition in the kitchen. And on the floor front-of-house, you will be greeted and looked after by Amber Flint and her team.
We look forward to welcoming you and cooking for you very soon.

Starters excellent, mains disappointing, particularly the beef goulash pie. Complaint about the mains was not dealt with in a satisfactory manner.

Had a delightful lunch at this super inn-restaurant. We chose from the village menu which is a prix-fixe and enjoyed it very much. The food and service was first class and we shall return!

The service and food were excellent, fantastic recommendations, especially the black muscat to go with the blue cheese. Although all the food was superb the stand-out dish was the Rabbit Lasagne, one of my favourite plates of food ever.

Late booking for dinner to celebrate a wedding anniversary, which we were able to do despite the venue having had a major function all afternoon. Friendly reception and service throughout with food matching everything we had anticipated. Can’t wait for an excuse to revisit

A hidden gem, beautiful setting, and the food was delicious and perfectly elegant. The venue is a cosy pub with light and airy decor and a garden located out the back. The entrance is deceiving as parking is around the back. This a great place we absolutely loved the food which was seasonal, and fresh served with 1st class service. Please do check this delight out!

Once again the Crown at Burchetts Green excelled in all areas and my wife and I had an excellent experience. If you haven’t been to this quaint restaurant I would highly recommend it.

We dined from the set lunch menu which was competitively priced and offered a good variety of dishes which were simple but tasty and satisfying. The quality was excellent as was the service. The restaurant area was crowded but well appointed and comfortable.

Warm welcome and excellent service throughout. Outstanding ingredients and high quality cookery. Quieter than I had expected, apparently due to no shows.
