It is with great pleasure and 20 years of traveling that we bring you our interpretation and flair of the American gusto to traditional European dishes. We offer something for everyone and we invite you to explore your palette and indulge in our fresh ingredients and attention to detail and cleanliness. The restaurant itself is upscale and cozy at the same time. Our server Kim and manager Mark were of the highest caliber and went out of their way on a busy night to make sure we were well taken care of. Everyone from our party of 6 was so impressed with the food and service and can’t wait to go back.

It is a cute little building on Lake George, the food was absolutely amazing. The staff was awesome. The drinks were awesome. I couldn’t say enough good things about this place. You’re gonna love coming here for dinner thank you Keith.

The restaurant staff were very good. They were funny and professional. The space was warm and inviting. The food was well prepared and fresh and the cocktails were inspired and well-executed.

This restaurant is EXTRAORDINARY. The food is exquisite . The service phenomenal. The setting/ ambiance magnificent. Music is perfection- romance . Views of Lake George gorgeous . We began with graham cracker covered Calamari in Aioli sauce - fantastic . ChateauBriand excellent. Short ribs delicious . Truffle French fries superb. I was given extra Aioli sauce to dip in. Wow. Attentive staff !! Cudos to Evan. Oreo cake unbelievably delicious. Can’t say enough .

Great night at the Chateau! Our server Andrea anticipated our every need. The food is great! We love the wine selection by the glass.

We loved our dinner here and the food was great, high quality. The only reason for the 4 star vs 5 star was that the bar got backed up. By the time or second drinks came, we had finished our meal and didn't really want our wine after our meal. Other than that, great place and we will definitely return someday.

The ambiance at the restaurant was perfect for a date night. Beautiful atmosphere. I had the venison which was DELICIOUS (if you like filet mignon I would recommend you trying it) it was cooked perfectly and incredibly tender. We had the oysters, beet salad and mussels for an appetizer. My only complaint was our server did not pace the service of our food and ALL 3 apps came out together. Overall it was delicious and a beautiful setting. I just wish it wasn’t raining so we could go outside as well.

Dinner was okay not worth the money. We sat outside in the cold with a few heaters. If they are charging high level prices than the surroundings and ambiance needs to match. They should not have outside dining with temperatures below 50 and expect people to pay the same amount.
