The Chase is our passion for Casual Elegance. Our rooftop restaurant highlights what we love most about upscale dining, and presents it in a modest, welcoming and thoughtful way. Our ongoing chase for the finest ingredients from around the world coupled with simple and uncomplicated flavors is the foundation for our culinary philosophy. Using refined techniques from Italian and French cuisines we formed a menu that can be best described as Contemporary North American. It celebrates the beauty of simplicity and keep you craving more. The service is detailed and technical, but as comfortable as being at home. The room is sophisticated, but refreshingly approachable and unpretentious.

The service, the food and the venue were ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL! I was visiting from New York and this was my first business meal in Toronto. The experience was an 11 out of 10. Will definitely be back and have already recommended The Chase to locals there.

One of the best establishments in Toronto. The staff is beyond professional and accommodating, the food is always fresh and flavorful, and the enclosed patio is a cozy island in the heart of downtown TO.

One of my favorite restaurants in the 6ix got better with half price champagne and oysters ALL DAY Friday! Will be there for lunch and dinner 😀 great ambiance with a closed in patio to enjoy all year long. Highly recommended.

Great experience yet again, consistent service and food. The Miso Black Cod was a great dish so was everything else. The brussel sprouts are a big hit along with the potato parve. Will always recommend this place.

Another great experience, I had the provini veal chop, it was perfectly prepared with a side of brussel sprouts to die for. The half price champagne and oyster are a great way to start. The service matched the food. The venue is great.
