The Chase is our passion for Casual Elegance. Our rooftop restaurant highlights what we love most about upscale dining, and presents it in a modest, welcoming and thoughtful way. Our ongoing chase for the finest ingredients from around the world coupled with simple and uncomplicated flavors is the foundation for our culinary philosophy. Using refined techniques from Italian and French cuisines we formed a menu that can be best described as Contemporary North American. It celebrates the beauty of simplicity and keep you craving more. The service is detailed and technical, but as comfortable as being at home. The room is sophisticated, but refreshingly approachable and unpretentious.

    Overall, dining at this restaurant was a delight from start to finish. The delicious food, impeccable service; shout out to our server Jamie, and charming ambiance made for a memorable experience. Our experience at this restaurant was nothing short of exceptional.

    Very disappointing. The black Cod smelled fishy. Clearly was not fresh. . Steak tartare was flavourless. The octopus was the only dish that was tasty. The roasted chicken is not how I remember it. It was pan fried and dry. Void of any flavour. Service was mediocre. No offer for fresh pepper for our meal. The server barely checked in on our table. Location is great but that’s about it. If I ever go back it will be for cocktails only. The food was a bust.

    Outstanding. We were just there for some wine and an app..we got a lovely focaccia bread and the wine was delightfully served with n a mini decanter in a glass of ice..we loved it

    Brenden the in-house somm provided excellent service and great wine pairings for our meal which was delicious. Have always enjoyed our visits to the Chase and yesterday was fantastic as usual.😄

    A perfect and memorable evening, celebrating my moms birthday. A seamless experience as soon as we stepped into the door. Staff are consummate professionals with humble, friendly and knowledgable service. Perfect food, drinks and atmosphere. This is the place to make a special occasion special. Mentions go to our amazing servers Tara and Jamie, sommelier Brendan, manager Matyas and every other wonderful person we interacted with. Thank you for making the night magical.

    Beautiful patio with options in cooler temp including a comfy clean blanket and heaters. Windows can be closed but why obstruct the gorgeous city view?! Delicious food with smaller but just right portions. An excellent flavour to the lobster and squid ink pasta. Desserts were delicious and drinks pretty and tasty! Service was five stars!

    I had a lovely server who was very attentive and the food was delicious. I had a really nice time and enjoyed the atmosphere. It had been a while since I had been and will be back!

    We went for a pre-theater dinner. The food was excellent and our server was terrific. Nice ambience, rooftop patio windows opened part-way through our dinner and it was great to have fresh air but a little chilly. Server was knowledgeable, made good reccomendations/suggestions, and took great care of us. Would go back again without a second thought.

    The food was excellent and our server was efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant. We ate in the open air section with a roof that could close if it rained. Decor was modern and attractive. Only complaint was charging for water. The prices are high enough. Still you get an excellent experience.
