The Chase is our passion for Casual Elegance. Our rooftop restaurant highlights what we love most about upscale dining, and presents it in a modest, welcoming and thoughtful way. Our ongoing chase for the finest ingredients from around the world coupled with simple and uncomplicated flavors is the foundation for our culinary philosophy. Using refined techniques from Italian and French cuisines we formed a menu that can be best described as Contemporary North American. It celebrates the beauty of simplicity and keep you craving more. The service is detailed and technical, but as comfortable as being at home. The room is sophisticated, but refreshingly approachable and unpretentious.

An amazing experience! The service was outstanding with Sean as our main server but everyone was wonderful. The food experience was a culinary treat. So different and each course was so good. Our family of 5 had a great New Year’s Eve experience.

My all time favorite restaurant in town, steak tartare is the best, great vibes and value for the money.

Wonderful gem in downtown Toronto. Despite being a seafood restaurant the menu respects all diners with lots to offer. But certainly the seafood is the highlight. Outstanding oysters, fresh fish and great lobster. I think the Lobster Spag was THE dish, however everything we had was really tasty. Recommend

As every other time we've had dinner at The Chase, it was superb. Service is impeccable from food running to management. Our meals were flawless and beautifully presented and got us out in time for the theatre. The place is darned pretty and was even more so in the holiday season. We can't say enough about The Chase.

The food was delicious. We were greeted warmly. Our server was ok, however he never came back to check on us during our meal. We were presented with one bill and we requested individual bills, we were never asked how the bill would be paid. The ambiance was nice, noise level of other patrons were loud. Despite that, we would return during a less busier time.

My staff and I had a great holiday dinner to wrap up the year. The food, the service, the atmosphere was excellent.
