En 1969, des artisans d'art de Disneyland ont créé ce lieu de rendez-vous romantique dans la cave de l'ancien California Hotel. La cave est le cadre idéal pour une soirée gastronomique intime et romantique. Les clients peuvent s'y retrouver pour déguster une cuisine française raffinée, confortablement assis dans des fauteuils aux dossiers de velours rembourrés dans un cuir riche et moelleux et dans un cadre intimement éclairé. Conviviale et confortable, l'élégante salle à manger est structurée autour d'arches et de murs au style semblable à celui d'une cave, le tout décoré avec des fûts de vin et des lanternes d'argent. L'excellence culinaire se combine avec des ingrédients frais et fins préparés pour obtenir une version légère de cuisine française.

We are proud to announce our newest private barrels from WhistlePig whiskey! This class will feature a tasting flight of 3 expressions of rye whiskey along with cocktails that highlight the spirits. We will also be going over the history of rye whiskey as a category and describe how it is now the fastest growing category of spirit in the United States. We will be selling a limited number of bottles of our exclusive 6yr and 12yr Rye whiskey at this class available only for pre-order. *Please Note* - Parties that book separately are not guaranteed a table together. - Appetizers are recommended and available only for those who pre-order. - Cocktail hour will be held from 4-5pm. The bar fully opens at 5pm

The history of the place alone wants to make me come back. The craft drinks were amazing. The service almost outshined the food which was amazing as well. I can't wait to return.

The Cellar always does such a great job on these special events. Food was delicious and perfectly portioned and as always the drinks were amazing.

Generally a dinner place but we attended an afternoon Tiki Brunch on this occasion. As always service was great and the craft cocktails were absolutely on point! Themed brunches are always a set menu of 3 courses with a few choices for each course. These are always pre-purchased when you reserve, but the menu is posted in advance so you can see what's offered before you book it.

Being there for the first time the atmosphere was amazing. A very mobster like feel to the vibe. But it’s very cool. Food was amazing, our server was awesome, and the pricing was spot on affordable.
