En 1969, des artisans d'art de Disneyland ont créé ce lieu de rendez-vous romantique dans la cave de l'ancien California Hotel. La cave est le cadre idéal pour une soirée gastronomique intime et romantique. Les clients peuvent s'y retrouver pour déguster une cuisine française raffinée, confortablement assis dans des fauteuils aux dossiers de velours rembourrés dans un cuir riche et moelleux et dans un cadre intimement éclairé. Conviviale et confortable, l'élégante salle à manger est structurée autour d'arches et de murs au style semblable à celui d'une cave, le tout décoré avec des fûts de vin et des lanternes d'argent. L'excellence culinaire se combine avec des ingrédients frais et fins préparés pour obtenir une version légère de cuisine française.

Great food and service. Very unique place from the inside, it’s a must see. The only issue is hidden underground and no clear direction where the entry way is.

Beautiful dining experience! Gracie was an excellent server..really made for a delightful meal. The cocktails by Dustin are always fantastic and the food was delicious! Can’t wait to be back.

The cellar restaurant never disappoints. The food selection is great and always delicious. In my opinion, what really stands out here is their cocktail program and their superb service. This place is wonderful for date night, celebrations, special occasions, and if you just want a nice and quiet meal. I highly recommend the cellar! It's definitely my go to for special occasions.

Amazing restaurant. A speak-easy style restaurant located downtown of a downtown building. The filet for two was cooked perfectly. Will be back.

The cellar is a fantastic little spot in Fullerton! I would highly recommend it. The cocktail menu rotates and the regular menu has some seasonal items on it as well. I would definitely suggest a reservation for this place as it fills up quick. Food is fantastic. Service is great!

Birthday night and we felt like we were rushed. The waitress as a bit green and the food was just okay. I would have expected more from this establishment. My New York was all tough and I wish I had eaten some place else. Not even a complimentary dessert for the birthdays.

Easily one of our favorite special occasion dinner spots. The food, drinks, service, and ambiance are truly top notch. Our server was perfectly attentive as we celebrated our anniversary, making it feel extra special. The lobster bisque is some of the best around and the chateaubriand was cooked to perfection. We cannot wait to return!

Our server Paola was amazing! I am a server as well so I’m really observant when I go into restaurants and I could tell she had like 5 or 6 tables at once but she was doing such a good job at being attentive even while being busy! Everything was delicious and perfectly coursed out. I feel sometimes restaurants rush you in and out but Paola made sure we were able to enjoy our evening. She was very knowledgeable on the wine list and offered great recommendations to pair with our cape Grimm filet. She was so kind and allowed us to have such a relaxing and enjoyable evening.

Dined here with two friends for my birthday. I had dined here once before two months ago and returned because of the lobster bisque. The first time I also ordered a medium rare filet mignon, it was under seasoned. Last night I ordered the salmon and it was perfectly cooked. The skin was crisp and the fish was juicy cooked perfectly to about a medium well. The cranberry sauce it came with was winner. We were able to order the seasonal pumpkin old fashioned, which I lived on my first visit. My friend also loved it. My other friend ordered the spicy mezcal cocktail, something bells. That was also great! We also ordered a steak tartare to start and it was okay, we felt it needed something other than the egg yolk, maybe a light vinaigrette drizzle. My friend ordered a side Mac and cheese and it was not cheesy. She also ordered a crab cake for her meal as she does not eat a lot, she absolutely loved it. Tartar sauce was very good. She ordered a French onion soup to start and also loved it. We ended the evening with glasses of Bordeaux and the crème brûlée that was on the house for the birthday celebration. Brûlée was amazing. Perfect consistency. Bordeaux was soooo good. My friend ordered an affogato and loved it. Our experience was great, our server was attentive and funny, great vibe and went through the menu nicely. We loved her. The rest itself is very very quiet, you can hear your thoughts even though they somehow have music playing. Beautiful place and table set up.
