The Cellar presents to its guests options for a casual dining experience in the bar area or fine dining experience in our restaurant area. From year to year the food is consistently excellent and the bar staff knows how to make excellent drinks. Love the wine selections as well. You will not be disappointed with the food and service. I love the chicken and waffle meal so much that I rarely alternate. The arugula salad with strawberries is truly delightful. The focaccia and oils are lovely with a dirty martini. One of the best restaurants in Corning.

Wonderful wine selection. Unfortunately server did not have us taste wine with first pour. Fresh local ingredients large portions

Chicken and waffles was a big hit with our group of 8. The sever was helpful with describing all the shareables and everyone enjoyed them, especially the red lentil kibbeh and chee chee fries. Highly recommend

Busy night but seated immediately with a reservation. Quick professional service. New pasta dish with added shrimp was delicious. Drinks were perfect albeit a little pricey but that seems to be an industry trend. All in all a good night out.

We had a group of five with one that needs truly gluten-free food. The gluten-free waffle entree was a hit along with the Lava cake dessert. The scallops entree was amazing!

Surprised it was fairly quiet for a Friday evening - plenty of free tables although the bar area was buzzy. Hostess was morose, looked like she'd rather be elsewhere. However waiter was excellent, very friendly and chatty. We had the signature fried chicken and waffles that were delicious. Half order was plenty enough! Very good and generous crème brulee followed. We had our first taste of a Finger Lakes dry Riesling and it was a lovely smooth wine (we got addicted to it over our trip).
