Le restaurant The Cellar at Duckworth's combine les tarifs d'un resto-pub retrouvés dans le menu du chef, avec une liste de bières en fût et de bières rares servies à des températures appropriées à leurs styles, et de cocktails signatures fabriqués à la main par les mixologues. Inspiré par une ère ancienne, l'espace souterrain construit à l'origine en 1912, a naturellement un sentiment de clandestinité et d'interdiction avec des murs originaux en briques et des poutres apparentes au plafond. Même le personnel attentionné s'habille comme à l'époque. Pendant un moment, vous serez ramené dans le temps tout en profitant d'une bonne nourriture et de bonnes boissons avec amis et famille.

The signature cocktails and the food are excellent and the historic cellar creates a nice ambience.

This place is always wonderful. Food is great. Service is great. My wife and I come here at least 5-6 times a year and it’s always a favorite

This was our second trip and will not be our last. The food is absolutely amazing every time but is only outshined by the quality of the service. All of the servers and affiliated staff flow almost seamlessly in their duties. The culture is clear that customer service is paramount. I would be remiss if I did not mention our server Julie who went above and beyond to make our evening special. She knew exactly how long to linger, how often to check on us without being overbearing, and she took our orders without writing anything down while also not missing a thing. I gave her rough guidelines for what kind of meal I was looking for and allowed her to order everything for me. She nailed every, single dish. I drive to Charlotte every so often just to come here and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.

Arrived at 4pm on a Thursday and was seated immediately. Server was attentive, polite, and prompt. Drinks were 10/10 and the braised short ribs were amazing! Will definitely go back the next time I’m in Charlotte!!

My husband and I went to celebrate his birthday dinner. The waitress went out of her way to make sure it was special! The meal was absolutely delicious, and the ambiance was wonderful.

HUGE FANS OF THE CELLAR!! Best place in all of Charlotte. The food, the staff, the ambience is beyond amazing. My boyfriend and I eat here at least once a week. Truly unbelievable and an incredible experience. WE LOVE THE CELLAR!!

Matthew our server was great. Steaks were cooked to perfection. Candied Jalapeño Bacon, the Truffle Mac and Cheese, and Nutella Cheesecake were all wonderful. Highly recommended.

We visit The Cellar at Duckworth’s regularly, and it never disappoints! Tucked away like a true speakeasy, this hidden gem offers an intimate atmosphere that’s perfect for a night out. Even though it was unusually busy for a Monday, the ambiance was still cozy and inviting. The food, drinks, and service were all excellent, as always. Whether it’s a quiet night or a bustling evening, the team consistently delivers top-notch quality and care. If you’re looking for a unique dining experience with a speakeasy vibe, this is the place to be!

A little disorganized with the reservation but only had to wait 15 minutes after our schedule time so not too bad. No sound baffles so a hard to carry on a conversation. Not lively music that was loud simply everyone trying to hear each other so volume was overwhelming, could not hear half of what the waitress told us. Food was okay, nothing amazing. Drinks were very good but not enough to make this restaurant a return visit...
