Le restaurant The Cellar at Duckworth's combine les tarifs d'un resto-pub retrouvés dans le menu du chef, avec une liste de bières en fût et de bières rares servies à des températures appropriées à leurs styles, et de cocktails signatures fabriqués à la main par les mixologues. Inspiré par une ère ancienne, l'espace souterrain construit à l'origine en 1912, a naturellement un sentiment de clandestinité et d'interdiction avec des murs originaux en briques et des poutres apparentes au plafond. I had a fantastic dining experience at The Cellar at Duckworth's. The food was delicious, I had the market fish special that day and it was so thoughtfully prepared and bursting with flavor. The service was excellent—attentive and friendly. I left fully satisfied and look forward to returning. Highly recommend!

Good ambiance. Enjoyed our drinks. Bathroom was not clean and had an odor.

The sea bass was not sea bass! Disappointed with the food and overall atmosphere. This use to be upscale but now no better than the regular Duckworth’s with over priced drinks.

Great bday dinner! Our waitress was amazing and the food was delicious. The place was crowded and extremely loud but the energy was good!

Nice “ downstairs “ cellar with cozy feel but a bit dark .Food was very good .We had the Filet and it was cooked in a 1800 degree oven which they will tell you about! Very nice place and fun atmosphere .

You can stop looking for where to go on your night out, The Cellar is it! The steaks are the best you’ll find in Charlotte and probably a lot further than that! I highly recommend the truffle Mac and cheese for a starter, and the Kansas City Strip steak was cooked to perfection with an incredible crust! They have an extensive beer and cocktail menu that my wife and I had no trouble finding drinks we loved. The waitstaff was very attentive and shared with us the history of the building which certainly has that prohibition-era speakeasy feel. We will definitely be back to try more of their menu (the table next to us got the shrimp and grits which looked and smelled amazing, next on our list!).
