The food was amazing our waiter was even better! He was super friendly and when we told him it was our anniversary he brought us dessert wine and a delicious dessert!! Wonderful staff!

We love the Carlisle Room after a show at the Paramount Theater. The location, service, food, cocktails and experience are amazing. The menu changes based on the season.

This is a great location for dinner before the Paramount. Would appreciate a more varied menu however and the accompaniment of odd pickled vegetables and nothing else with the main course for $30 seems chintzy. Service was wonderful and I enjoy the atmosphere.

Food was absolutely amazing! Unfortunately we had a server who was simply off. Everyone around us came after and received food sooner. One table even was seated and served their main entrees a solid 30 minutes before us. Normally wouldn’t be an issue but we informed our server we had a show to get to (we allowed for 90 min to order and eat). We would have ordered more drinks if we would have been checked on to see if we wanted them. Nothing against the restaurant unfortunately a server having an off night. Each of the tables around us had different servers who were well taken of, think we were just the unfortunate ones.

We were excited to return to this restaurant after years of having not been back. The menu was very different and we were quite disappointed that the cuisine seemed to have changed completely. We ended up just ordering the burgers. They were good, but not what we came to this restaurant for. We were almost the only two in the restaurant during peak hours on a Friday night. I think six to 8 customers were in the establishment the entire time. Definitely no buzz happening here. Really unfortunate, because it was completely opposite to our last experience.

The cocktails, foid and staff were some of the best I've experienced in Seattle. The food was so fresh and the peppercorn sauce was so original as an addition to the steak and fries. They also have the best espresso martini!!
