    We had a great night with dear friends at the best restaurant in Washington. Everything was first rate. We were warmly greeted by the very friendly valet parking gentleman. The hostess stand was next to give us a friendly welcome. Then server Nicole did a phenomenal job. The calamari was superb, as always. The salads were crisp and delicious. We had three different steak entrees at our table, and we all loved them. One of us had the Halibut, and she loved it. We had some phenomenal Penfold's wine, and it was a perfect evening. Our friend who doesn't drink wine was very happy with the ice cold beers. Thanks to all who made it such a special evening!

    NEVER a disappointment to diner here for lunch or dinner. We make it a point to eat here when visiting.

    Our dining experience at The Capital Grille in DC was absolutely exceptional! We started with the lobster bisque appetizer, which was rich, flavorful, and the perfect way to begin the evening. The steak was cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and packed with flavor, practically melting in your mouth. A special mention to our waiter, Robert Fagan, whose recommendations were spot on all night. His expertise truly enhanced our dining experience, and we were so impressed that we couldn't resist trying dessert based on his suggestion. We left feeling incredibly satisfied and can't wait to return. Highly recommend!

    Amazing steaks! Our server was outstanding. Brussels sprouts were awesome. Coconut Pie was so delicious. No bad desert as we had them all.

    Our son had just graduated from DC Fire Academy and they were kind enough to comp us an assortment of desserts! Food was delicious. Service polite and consistent .

    I’ve been to Capital Grille’s all over the U.S. They are the most consistent across locations, and never disappoint.

    We had a nice evening at the Capital Grille. Our food was very good and the service was personable. We would consider returning. With that being said, we weren't completely satisfied with our experience. For an appetizer, 2 entrees and 1 side dish our bill was just over $200 (no drinks, no dessert). While this was expected, we also expected the food to be exceptional and it wasn't. We expected the service to be exceptional and it also was just good but not exceptional. We frequent another restaurant outside of DC that costs half the price and the steak and seafood had much more flavor than we experienced here. I was expecting closer to a Michelin star experience at these prices, and sadly The Capital Grille fell short of that type of experience.

    Had a great dinner, all was perfect. The waiter Robert was aces!!! Great guy..helped us with food and wine selections..
