Great experience for Valentines Day. Our waitress was top notch!!! I believe her name was Emily. She was very knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant. My fiancée shared that she was pregnant and even though we didn’t want dessert, she surprised her with a plate that said congratulations w/desserts on it. She also brought out two champagne glasses with ginger ale in it. I thought that was very thoughtful of her to do and I was very pleased with her service. The food was pretty good. The porterhouse and the lamb was scrumptious. Will definitely go back for the experience. I also like how the brought out roses for all the ladies for Vday when the check was brought out!!! Very cool!

I went there to celebrate my birthday and they made me feel really special decorating the table with confetti and a cute message. Definitely a great experience in the place 💯

I recently celebrated my birthday at The Capital Grille in downtown Stamford, and I couldn’t have asked for a better dining experience. From the moment we walked in, the entire staff from the host to our server and even the manager went above and beyond to make the evening special. The attention to detail was impeccable, and their warm, attentive service made us feel truly valued. Every dish was cooked to perfection, and the ambiance elevated the experience even further. It was, without a doubt, one of the most memorable dining experiences I’ve ever had. A perfect 10/10! Thank you to the entire team for making my birthday so special I can’t wait to return!

George was great as our waiter Service is a top notch,the rib eye melt in my mouth,the shrimp, oysters everything was amazing, thanks for helping us celebrated our 19 years wedding anniversary.

I won’t be going back. I’ve given this place lots of tries and chances. Many more than I should have. First when we got there we noticed our wine locker was gone. When we said something the man up front said oh they probably took it away because you didn’t renew. Usually we get a call or an email we told him and we did not. Didn’t seem to care and I asked where did our wine go? He was like it was probably old so they got rid of it. No care whatsoever. Didn’t offer to look into what happened. Nothing. We’ve had that wine locker since they opened! They got both of our steaks wrong. The steak was terribly bland and the meat quality definitely went down. Two managers milling around all night. None came by or connected with us or asked how anything was We’ve been coming here for years. It’s been a terrible decline in management. My steak is prepared better at Outback honestly! It’s become a real impersonal chain feel and there so much better out there. Capital grill you need to hire real managers that actually do something. Certainly visit tables where food was not right. Until then…. You lost us.
