Dinner was excellent, we had the filet and salmon, both enters were delicious, Collin, our server was knowledgeable and attentive. It was our anniversary and we were presented with complimentary champagne and dessert. Also, a beautiful king stemmed rose, another wonderful night at the Sarasota Capital Grill!! Thank you!!

Joe and his crew were spectacular. Could not hope for better service (which I mean to say conversation, intelligence and knowledge). A+++

There are 4 of us who enjoy going to Capital Grill and sitting in the bar area for their "bar" special. It is the best steak sandwich and a glass of wine anywhere. We went on Sunday 2/16/2025 (made a reservation) and were told that menu wasn't available. Our waiter checked with the chef and said they would accommodate us. Our server was Sean and he was the best. Upbeat personality, accommodating and just a pleasure. The only one who was not friendly was the woman who checked us in and showed us to our table.

I had the pleasure of dining at The Capital Grille for Valentine's Day, and everything was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm and elegant, setting the perfect tone for a special evening.

I had a bone in rib eye & lamb chops… they weee cooked to perfection… the server was extremely friendly & knowledgeable, she didn’t write our orders down & still nailed it… white linen cloth tables, dim lighting & no need to scream over the background noise… this place is a gem!!!

The food was superb as it always is at The Capital Grille. Steaks done yo perfection and sides very tasty. Service was a bit slow but it was Valentine’s Day so understandable. A 5 star experience indeed!
