We had a fantastic first dining experience at The Capital Grille to celebrate our wedding anniversary. From the moment we arrived, the ambiance set the perfect tone for a special evening. Our server, Cory, was exceptional—his warmth and attentiveness made us feel truly celebrated. We began our meal with the Lobster and Crab Cake paired with Lemon Basil Aioli, which was a delightful start. The Burrata with Heirloom Tomatoes was incredibly fresh and vibrant. For our main courses, we indulged in the Sliced Filet Mignon with Cipollini Onions, Wild Mushrooms, and Fig Essence, along with the 10 oz Filet Mignon. Both were perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. Every aspect of our meal was impeccable, from the food to the service. Cory's engaging conversation and recommendations made the evening even more memorable. We can't wait to return and make more wonderful memories at The Capital Grille. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a special dining experience!

Our server Sky was Outstanding!! She was courteous and professional, and she was knowledgeable about the entire menu. The food was exceptional as always. However, Sky’s service made our experience!

Food, ambiance and service were phenomenal, as usual. Curtis was wonderful. We appreciated his app suggestions and advice regarding our steak temperature. TCG never disappoints!

Food was incredible. Even more so was our experience with our server Rahmat. I wish there were more stars to give. Excellent table side manner. Extremely friendly, and very polite. Beautiful atmosphere. Top notch, definitely a great place for an occasion or a romantic night out. We will be back!

Friendly attentive service -meals were cooked to perfection - the length of time between courses was a little longer than I would have liked but everything was so worth the wait!

Top to bottom, our dining experience was wonderful. Lisa was our waitress and was so friendly and professional. She was 100% correct about getting the lollipop lamb chop appetizer. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and were delicious. We shared the Capital Grille brûlée cheesecake for dessert - it was soooo good! Light and airy but with a rich flavor. It was the perfect way to celebrate our anniversary ❤️

We came here to celebrate my daughters birthday bc she requested some steak and Rick style lamb chops. Our waiter, Skye was the sweetest and the most attentive to us. They made her night extra special. This food never disappoints.
