    Food and service are ALWAYS amazing here. We did a last minute reservation and got a table BUT it was a 2 top stuck in the backroom entrance under the ventillation. So make sure you know where you are sitting or call ahead maybe?? Still love the place but planning ahead would help a ton.

    My favorite things about CG is it's consistency across the board. The food was outstanding last night and the service was excellent.

    We had the pleasure of being waited by Skye. She was professional, kind, and knowledgeable about the past and present items on the menu. She also introduced my husband to his new favorite entree. She made the experience special and the chef made the food extra special and tasty for this visit. The bartender also made the perfect bourbon sidecar.

    We had a fantastic first dining experience at The Capital Grille to celebrate our wedding anniversary. From the moment we arrived, the ambiance set the perfect tone for a special evening. Our server, Cory, was exceptional—his warmth and attentiveness made us feel truly celebrated. We began our meal with the Lobster and Crab Cake paired with Lemon Basil Aioli, which was a delightful start. The Burrata with Heirloom Tomatoes was incredibly fresh and vibrant. For our main courses, we indulged in the Sliced Filet Mignon with Cipollini Onions, Wild Mushrooms, and Fig Essence, along with the 10 oz Filet Mignon. Both were perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. Every aspect of our meal was impeccable, from the food to the service. Cory's engaging conversation and recommendations made the evening even more memorable. We can't wait to return and make more wonderful memories at The Capital Grille. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a special dining experience!

    Our server Sky was Outstanding!! She was courteous and professional, and she was knowledgeable about the entire menu. The food was exceptional as always. However, Sky’s service made our experience!

    Food, ambiance and service were phenomenal, as usual. Curtis was wonderful. We appreciated his app suggestions and advice regarding our steak temperature. TCG never disappoints!
