We (party of 2) do Capital Grill at least once a week, and it was just brought to our attention last night that they can make / serve 1/2 portions of the sides .... We always end up bringing home leftovers, but this is a gamechanger on how we will order moving forward.

Everything about our experience was exceptional. Our server, Anthony, did a great job describing the dishes and making recommendations, and also keeping our drinks full. The food was delicious, and that’s an understatement! It was a perfect evening with friends.

Where should I begin….we have been here several times. Our visit prior to this one the service was bad , we just thought it was maybe an off night. Before coming tonight we had talked to some friends and they had said the service had gone down hill. Tonights visit began in the bar, wonderful service in the bar prior to being seated for dinner. It took a while before the waiter came to take our drink order and go over the specials for the evening and took longer then it should have to return to take our order. The appetizer came out in a timely manner. However, our waiter never returned to fill our water glass or check on us, until my wife got the waiters attention. The real frustration was how long we waited for our meal. I had salmon , my wife had a crab cake and we had shared an order of spinach. We waited approximately 45 min. And the manager brought our meal out and the audacity to not apologize for the wait. After getting our meal no one returned once again to check on us to see if we needed anything, how was our meal or would we would like dessert. We finally laid our credit card on the table and still waited longer than it should , until my wife once again had to get the waiter’s attention to bring us our check. Not only has the service gone down hill in recent months, also the dress code not being enforced especially for an evening meal. We go out every weekend for date night and visit many high end establishments , and is a special time for us. Service is one of the top things that Is especially important to us when dining out. Needless to say we will not be returning to the Fort Worth location. We have heard the new Southlake location is amazing.

My wife and I took our grandson to Capital Grille to treat him yo an upscale experience and it was great ! Jake took tremendous care of us !

Always a great time at Capital Grille. Our group of 5 ate at the bar where Steve and DeShaun took great care of us !

Amazing service from will. We ordered the surf and turf. The steak was really good but there was something wrong with the lobster tails. The texture didn’t seem right. It had kind of a chalky texture to it so we didn’t eat it. But everything else was excellent and again, will our waiter was excellent.

My wife and I go to Capital Grille 3-4 times a year, usually to celebrate a birthday or anniversary. The event start off well. We had a nice table, with a birthday card signed by the staff. We had a great waiter who took very good care of us all night. The problems began with the food. I had French onion soup as an appetizer. To say the soup was lukewarm would be generous. The cheese on top was hot but the broth was not. For the main course my wife had the sea bass and I had the 14oz NY stripe steak and we had the potato’s au gratin for a side. The bass was good according to my wife. The steak and the potato’s were inedible. Both had so much salt neither of us could taste the food. We were very disappointed in the quality of the food. Every other time we had been to Capital Grille the food had been excellent.

My husband and I were celebrating our one year wedding anniversary and Peter made our experience so special and unforgettable. We got there a little early and the hostess was so sweet and let us know slithery can seat us early. We requested a booth and they honored our request. The food was delicious, the ambiance was nice, but what set our experience apart was our server, Peter! He took great care of us, was very professional and hospitable, and even gave us a printed picture of us and a rose. We live in Dallas, but we’ll definitely be back to this location again!
