    Daniel, our server was fantastic. He was great with recommendations and timely with delivery and chef presentation was wonderful. Food was hot and fresh. The cream corn with bacon was a delight. The 10 oz filet was cooked to perfection- medium rare. The salmon was well seasoned and grilled. My wife loved it. It was our first time here and we will definitely return in the future.

    We visited on Valentine’s Day which was also my birthday. When making the reservation we were asked if we were celebrating anything so when we got there our table had some confetti and a card for my birthday. I was also treated to a yummy dessert after dinner. The staff was super friendly and helpful with picking a main dish.

    We visited The Capital Grille on Valentine’s Day 2025 and we had an amazing experience! Service was consistent from start to finish. For starters, we ordered 1/2 dozen oysters that were served with fresh lemon and a mignonette. The oysters were so fresh and the mignonette was the best I’ve ever had. We ordered a ribeye, the Chilean sea bass w/ miso butter, lobster Mac & cheese, and roasted Brussels sprouts. Everything es an amazing but the star of the show was the Chilean sea bass! For dessert, we had the flourless espresso cake. I give it a 7/10. It was tasty but the texture wasn’t my favorite. All in all, a superb experience!

    🌟 Dinner Delight Alert! 🌟 Last night, my husband and I indulged at The Capital Grille, and it was simply a feast for the senses! 🍽️✨ The ribeye steak? Cooked to perfection! But let’s talk about that Lobster-N-Macaroni side dish was absolute heaven on a plate! 🦞❤️ And the cherry on top? The crème brûlée! 😍🍮 Silky smooth with a perfectly caramelized top—just divine! Can’t wait to return for another amazing evening! If you’re on the hunt for a luxurious dining experience, I highly recommend that you book a table! 🎉 #DiningExperience #FoodieHeaven #CapitalGrille

    Food wasn’t on par with what one would expect from the Capital Grill. The shrimp on the shrimp cocktail wasn’t fresh. It was tough and flavor wasn’t good either. Clearly had been frozen too long. The filet we ordered medium rare came out medium. Overall the food was just disappointing for what we paid and compared to what we’ve had here previously.

    Everything was fabulous as always! Our server Christen did a fantastic job making our daughter’s birthday special. We’ve loved capital grille for over 20 years and it never disappoints.
