The food was amazing, we had a filet mignon. The server was very profitable and polite. Unfortunately it was way too loud and cramped.

We really loved the food, it was top quality. The decor was a bit dated and it was quite loud. We enjoyed it and would go back.

Went to celebrate my daughter’s 7th birthday lunch (she loves the truffle fries) and the service was great, as were the fries. They decorated the table and brought a candle in the complimentary dessert.

The Food as always was great. The service was horrible and I have never experienced that at Capital Grille....party of 6, 2 people came in later and waited 10 min to be asked if we wanted anything to drink, even though she acknowledged we were there by giving us menus, but then took off, the others had already got theirs. When my husband was asked what he wanted to drink he said "do you have bottled beer? and she said "yes and walked away" and he said "wait a minute, what kind of bottle beers do you have" so I dont know if she was just going to grab whatever she wanted. Our water glasses stayed empty too long till someone eventually came over to refill. We were there for birthday celebration and felt very rushed..she took one of our appetizers off the table without asking if we wanted to package (half was left) it was the korean bacon that was all fat anyways (dont recommend)...someone ordered a soup and she brought it out after the meal was served.. the tables were jammed in, so it was very very loud. It was just an off night and we frequent capital grille and the service has always been very impeccable, not sure if this girl was new and not trained long enough. I am hesitant to go back to this capital grille, preferring Boston or even Dedham :-(

Our waiter, Jose, was terrific. The food is always consistent. Best bread basket, wedge salad and stoli doli around. A little too loud and cold in there tonight. Fun Birthday dinner !

Our go to location for Capital Grille is Chestnut Hill, despite Dedham being closer, as the service and ambiance is superior. From the hostess greeting to our server to the mgr who stopped by…all total professionals who were friendly and knowledgeable. Food, cocktails, wine and experience are exactly what I look for when choosing the Capital Grille

No greeting by the host. Service was very slow. Took thirty minutes to receive our main course. Waiter was continuously asking if we wanted alcohol beverages which made us feel uncomfortable. We had to wait for our take home bag for over twenty minutes and we finally got up to leave to search for our waiter to ask him if he could give it to us.

Capital Grille remains our family's favorite steakhouse, and favorite place to celebrate big events. Always a consistently great level of service, and the steak simply sets the standard for flavor.
