    We had 8:45 reservations. We only had to wait 5 minutes before being seated. Water came quickly and so did the bread and butter. Our server Jill came over and took our drink order and they came out great. Appetizer of tuna tartar was good but the tuna and avocados were not finely chopped for a good consistency. We ordered steaks that came out as requested and were delicious. It was my wife’s birthday and Valentine’s Day so they came out with a beautiful dessert tray that was delicious. Also ordered espresso martinis that were delicious. It’s just that Jill was coming around too often at first and then i couldn’t get her attention at all to order more drinks. Otherwise is was a great experience but felt like we were being rushed through our meal as my wife likes to have a 2 hour dinner to relax and enjoy the meal. It was not like the place was closed but still felt rushed.

    Busy Valentine night at Capital Grill but the meal and service didn’t disappoint. Matthew is a great waiter and the steak, salmon and the wine were fantastic. There aren’t many guarantees in dining but the Capital Grill never fails to impress.

    Food and service are always tremendous. Our server was excellent, and there were great specials for Valentines Day.

    Both of our steaks were extremely overcooked. The up charge to add a lobster tail or even crab (to make it a filet mignon oscar style) was almost as much as the price of the steak. No worth the value of the money spent. Service was great though our waiter was very attentive and nice.

    Despite the restaurant being jam-packed during the early evening on Valentines Day, every aspect of the dining experience was top notch, a ten out of ten. The cocktails were generous, the food was excellent, and the service was fantastic!

    Food and service was fantastic but $260.00 for 2 people/1 drink is absurd. Place was packed so likely in the minority but only a once a year place for us.
