Reservation was ready when we arrived, taken to nice booth and greeted by server Kia. Appetizer was cold lump crab, delicious. I had the New England clam chowder, a little bland but clams were tender. Wife had lamb chops, delicious and I had the bone in Kona strip steak. Opted out of dessert. Food and service were excellent.

They forgot drinks. Waited a long time for each phase of the meal. My steak was undercooked even after a thorough talk about expectations. Dessert was forgotten until we reminded our server. Felt scripted and not really committed to a great experience.

The food and service were excellent, and I had requested an area for a business meeting, and the restaurant was very accommodating and put us into a private room. I recommend The Capital Grille highly

Everything was great from the minute we walked in the door until we left. Our waitress was Mary and she was very attentive to our needs. We were celebrating my daughter’s birthday and the table had little confetti and there was a card and delicious dessert! Food was perfect!

It was a wonderful evening. Steaks were delivered as ordered. Most of our drinks were great... (I really wish they would step up the bar.)

We were seated after waiting a few minutes. Server and wait staff were pleasant. Meal was prepared as we ordered it. Steak was flavorful. Meal was well paced- no rushing.
