    We're returning customers to Capital Grille; we frequent different locations. Last time we visited this location was several years back. We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary with our boys (4 of us) which we indicated on our OpenTable reservation. Overall I was underwhelmed but normally I'm always pleased. We waited at least 10mins watching others get seated and were told it would be only a few. The seating was in a corner room and was hoping for the main room bc I know we usually get better attention and service. The server was fine but was slow and we had two of them who weren't in sync. Our food temp was ok; I wanted a slightly charred NY strip and ended up getting a Pittsburgh style and the Steak was cold. I hate sending it back bc it changes the flavor and texture. They did what they could. The service dropped off after we got our meals and finished and felt neglected and the table wasn't cleaned for the next course. Usually they remember why we're coming and offer a complimentary desert; that didn't happen so we ended up just ordering some. Overall the experience was ok but not what I usually expected for $500 meal (for 4). It was busy but I expect them to handle that and not lose the quality and service. Well probably try some other options next time.

    I live in Delaware, so there's several other CG's I could go to but I come to Cherry Hill because of GEORGIE!!! He's an amazing server who remembers the smallest idiosyncrasies of his patrons. The food is great, the service is spectacular!!

    Always a wonderful meal and great service! Bill is on of our favorites! The fried lobster somehow tastes better and better! The steaks are always excellent.

    Wonderful! The food and drinks were fantastic! But the service was beyond excellent. They really do acknowledge and respect customers. We are loyal and repeat diners and will continue. Thanks again to the Capital Grille for a great evening!!😊

    Fantastically phenomenal ambience, food/drink and service. Mary Alice was incredible, helping to make our anniversary dinner a wonderful memory.
