    Impromptu lunch, lovely garden eating area, it was bit chill despite being the end of June, they put the over head heaters on for us, perfect! Great service from Ellie, always great when you have someone who clearly enjoys their job. Oysters were fresh and big. Sea bass dish with seafood bisque was delicious, as was the cauliflower with romanesco sauce. A lovely afternoon at The Britannia, thank you !

    Great staff and ambience - perfect courtyard garden - we had a late lunch so not so busy busy - food always of a great standard.

    Turning into a bit of favourite. Great food again. The Welsh Lamb rump was cooked perfectly.

    Went here for my birthday and managed to have the weather to sit outside. Food was lovely and had a good range for everyone. The waiting staff were attentive and able to provide advice on selections - I will definitely be returning

    Ate in the garden for a pre theatre supper. Staff are attentive and friendly. Making a very nice atmosphere. Good menu choice and food delicious. Asked if we were going to the theatre so they could manage timings appropriately.

    A great find, lovely place particularly out on the terrace on a sunny evening. Food was fantastic and the service friendly and attentive. Would definitely visit again.
