The Brasserie is the pioneer of the farm-to-table movement in Grand Cayman, setting the expectation for fresh local menus throughout the island. The grassroots establishment produces organic eggs on site, wild raw honey from its 50 hives, coconuts from the 202 palms at Coco Bluff Farm, and catches daily fresh seafood with its two fishing boats, Brasserie Catch I and Brasserie Catch II. Surrounded by an edible garden with flourishing fruit and nut trees, enjoy a unique dining experience outside in the greenhouse terrace or indoors in the elegant dining room or intimate wine cellar. The seasonally inspired and sustainable menu of delicious modern Caribbean cuisine is paired with signature cocktails and an extensive fine wine list.

The Brasserie restaurant is a boutique 65 seat restaurant with bar that warms the soul with its British colonial charm. The restaurant is a hidden gem known by locals for its incredible fresh and interesting modern Caribbean cuisine.

Wow- what a phenomenal experience. Dinner was exceptional and the staff was just outstanding. From start to finish their intentionality around sustainability and farm to table shines. We loved the garden greenhouse tour with mint aperitifs after dinner. I even received a birthday song as well.

This is a jewel in the heart of downtown George Town. What it lacks in a view (i.e. middle of a parking lot) it makes on on ambience and service. On an island where everything is imported, the food is incredibly fresh. They grow much of their own food locally and the fish is locally sourced. Service is consistently professional and friendly. If you are looking for a quiet high quality dinner or lunch this is your place.

Outstanding ! Everyone went out of their way to make our 25 th wedding anniversary super special. As we walked in and out, coming over and congratulating us . We were made to feel like celebrities. The restaurant is very beautiful and lively. Filled with a mix of young very beautifully dressed locals and island visitors with a young daughter, dressed more casually but still nice. All having an equally good time. The atmosphere was fantastic for a special night, it was also a fun learning experience. We told our waiter that there used to be a commercial bee operation located on our property back home so he bought out honey for us to try because he knew the taste would be totally different than what we were accustom to , he was correct, Caribbean honey tastes like a delicate tea. The flavors are so much more complex than honey from the northeast. . The other thing I liked is that when it came time to eat they left you alone to do so but were always visible if you needed something. The beef Wellington was cooked to perfection the potatoes and vegetables were outstanding the meat flavorful and so tender and the sauce omg delectable! Also the portions were very generous. Outstanding is the only way to describe the entire experience.

Always the best experience. The food was excellent…the wine selection and the sommelier were phenomenal . The staff goes above and beyond and is extremely accommodating in regard to our children.

This amazing place and everyone here made our anniversary very special!! Since we stepped in the big smiles made us feel very welcomed. We enjoyed their set summer pleasure menu, it was incredible. We started with a miso soup and a mango arugula salad, then had the fettuccini carbonara with tuna fish “bacon” and chicken with vegetables and to top it off a very delicious olive oil cake. The service was out of this world, we even got to tour their patio where they grow every single ingredient that ends up on your plate!! Simply 10 out of 10!!! Highly recommended ❤️

Amazing experience from start to finish. Food was amazing and fresh (we got a tour of the garden it came from after our meal), service was incredible (staff was so welcoming but not pretentious) and the atmosphere was relaxing and not overdone. We loved everything about this restaurant. We ordered the three course tasting menu which included a bottle of wine and for the two of us (three courses and a very good bottle of wine, it was $120…a deal for the fresh food and excellent wine we got). We would not think twice about coming back….no brainer! Delicious!!!

Wow! After a week of eating around the island … this was our best meal. A lot of the restaurants just fell flat but our meal tonight was delicious. The atmosphere was perfect and everyone was incredibly attentive. We loved the tour of the property and being spoiled with sweets on our anniversary. We will be back next time we are in Cayman for sure !!! Thank you !

If you Choise the Brasseriw for lunch or dinner you will not be disappointed. Service, Food and atmospher is of the highest standard. We have now eaten at Brasserie several times whilst visiting. Their home grown vegetables and fruit enable the Chefs to create wonderful menus with local fish particularly , and they try to cater for individual requirement’s depending on availability. Steve
