This includes a BBQ, popcorn, sweets and a soft drink!! still a few tickets left. Just ask the team BONFIRE NIGHT 06/11/17This is a massive event where we will be pulling out all the stops with a huge bonfire and firework display. just ask for details, we will be happy to chat about it.

The staff and the setting were ok but the quality of the food and the standard of the cooking was very poor

I met up with my friends for a meal at the Black Swan . The food and service was excellent. The staff went out of their way to accommodate any requests we made . We would all highly recommend The Black Swan .

We all had different dishes, yet each one was presented well, and the food was excellent. We will be returning.

Very good pub with a great menu of classics and more modern dishes giving a good choice. We were not disappointed and will go back

Lovely dinner and great service. Only reasons for 3 star review is that firstly, a 12.5% tip is automatically added.. I like to decide what tip I feel is deserved, not have it decided for me! And secondly, the menu (Valentines menu) was incredibly basic which was a shame. I wouldn’t return simply due to the tip issue, I find that shocking.

Hi Christy, Please understand that on the bottom of all our menus that it is stated that a discretionary service charge is added to all bills that receive table service. If this would have been an issue we would have more than happily removed this for you on the day as it is down to the discretion of the customer whether they wish to pay this. We came to the Black Swan having passed it by, many times whilst travelling to a favourite dog walking area. We kept saying we must go there for a meal some time. Well today we did, and will definitely be returning. The service was excellent as was the meal, we had a Valentine Special, haunch of venison.
