Had two previous visits which were great and made us book a third time with visiting friends. Unfortunately, despite our hype we left disappointed. We were seated in the bar area so was very noisy although we had booked a couple of weeks prior. Whilst it was busy, it didn't seem busier than previous occasions although we had to wait quite some time for our starter. The table next to us (which was quite a loud rowdy table) were served two main courses, which they started to eat, picking chips etc... they waitress then took those meals away - they were actually our main meals!! They were brought to our table pretty much straight after so I asked her to confirm if these were different meals to the ones that had been started to which she said yes but I have big doubts that was the case. Very disappointed on this occasion

Met up there for a girlie catch up - stunning location, fire burning on arrival, great menu selection for all dietary needs and fantastic service ……. We are booking again to stay overnight in the summer as the outdoor area looks great - thank you so much for your hospitality we all enjoyed it thoroughly ❤️🙏

Great atmosphere. Very busy for a Monday night in January, which was good to see. Pleasant and efficient service. I had a halloumi burger and fries, which was very good, but it would have been nice to have salad or coleslaw with it. Very good overall though.

Happy to see a vegetarian option on Sunday meal, attentive service, great food, good portion, and variety of desserts. Comfortable surroundings in clean and traditional style. Ample parking plus disabled spaces, outdoor areas for better weather days.
