Our waiter Chris was excellent very attentive! He checked on us often and added a candle to my son’s dessert for his birthday!

Am for being my first time being there celebrating my anniversary I enjoy a lot and I will definitely will come back again the staff was amazing always making sure we were good very attentive am only sorry I couldn’t get our waiters their name cause they did a amazing job taking care of us and explaining to us how the whole experience work

server was nice but the quality of food has substantially dropped. All of the steak was well done if not burnt and not once did they ask what temperature we wanted or did they say the temp when they came up to us as they used to. i assume this is because they knew it was burnt and couldn’t do anything about it.. pretty disappointed and probably won’t continue to go as consistently as i used to

It was good until we saw an employee use the rest room and not wash his hands. After that we stopped eating and pretty much lost our appetite essentially wasting our money.

Mason was great at his job. Very professional and attentive. I love this Texas de Brazil location and visit frequent because of the superb service.

First off, this place/location fell pretty far in quality from back when it opened and it's first few years. Both the crowd and the staff most definitely don't say 'fine dining'. Second, while they'll prepare the skewers anyway you'd request, the clientele seems to gravitate toward 'well-done' meats and you'll find all the 'gauchos' rocking tough, dry & tasteless offerings until you ask them to bring something better. The buffet area is simply tired and much of it curiously covered in dried parsley flakes by a back staff who wouldn't seem to know better. The reservation system is flawed to the point where you're getting five or six text messages over the course of two or three days asking you to confirm your reservation again & again. Then when you think it's over, you'll get a live call a few hours before your actual reservation from some undersocialized sounding character at the location tasked with calling customers to, once again, confirm the reservation. The call from the particular individual I spoke to actually comes off as if you're getting a call from the Registrar at Rikers Island and a culminates in them sternly reminding you that you have a 15 minute time frame on your reservation, if you are late you lose the reservation and no one will be seated if the entire party is not there. It just does not speak well of the clientele they're used to. So before you even get there, the Texas De Brazil organization already sucked all the fun out of dining here and you just really don't feel like having your meeting or dinner at this location. That's different than the handful of times I've been here before. It doesn't feel like this when you're dealing with Fogo de Chao. We've been here enough through the years to know that I don't think I need to come back anymore. I'll happily go to White Plains, again, to Fogo de Chao. They still get it and they understand the basics of what it is to be in a *hospitality* business.
