Our server , she was great. We usually go because we LOVE Lamb and this time we tried 2 different portions of lamb and both taste absolutely awful, after eating it we actually felt ill. So we ended up leaving as quick as we sat. We mention it to one of the servers and they just shrugged us off. We usually go there for our monthly date night and spending over $100 for food we didn't enjoy, doesn't sit well with us. We actually both had upset stomachs after eating and morning after. Not sure if the lamb was old but when we went to eat it, it was rubbery and the out later peeled off like fish skin. My fiancé even mentioned that it smelt off. But no one acknowledged the issue . Even the server was shocked that we were leaving so quickly but didn't offer any explanation or help for the issue.

The waitress forgot our sides , she came over twice to the table , all of the steak was rare my 11 yr old wouldn’t eat it as it was so bloody . Have been there multiple times and was one of the worst experiences left with a stomach ache and not because we were full

The server was amazing! The meat came out originally overdone and tough. When we complained they sent out me that was raw and undercooked when we complained about that we gave up and they lowered the price of our meal to just salads and give us free desserts which seemed to be OK but was still expensive and overpriced we were very unsatisfied.

The waiter that worked with the waitress was rude I told him that a person on our table wasn't done eating he continued to pick up the dishes and said to me this wasn't his first rodeo. That was very rude.

If you have seen any of my previous reviews, you know that Texas de Brazil is my favorite restaurant. I go to them any time I can, especially when traveling. I have also been disappointed with my visits to the Syracuse location quite often. My best visit there had been average. I am super happy to report that this visit was one of the BEST ever for my visits to Texas de Brazil. I don't just mean the Syracuse location, I mean one of the best of ALL the locations I have visited. The food was all hot and cooked to perfection! A couple cuts could have had a touch more seasoning, but man, it was amazing! The sides were also perfect, and the banannas which are usually hit or miss with being too tough or too mushy, were absolute perfection, and I could have made a full meal out of them this trip lol. My wife who usually doesn't eat too much on our visits ate more than usual and was also saying it was one of her best ever visits! Great job Syracuse Texas de Brazil, you NAILED IT!
