The service was good but the cuts of meat were somewhat slow in arriving at our table to the point that we spent more than 5 minutes on several occasions waiting for a waiter to come by with any type of cut of meat to serve us. for everything else it was good

The restaurant needs a complete renovation, it is very neglected, the food was average, the meats were very salty or lacked salt, the service was not bad, but they took a long time to come with the meats, I do not think I will return in the future, unless they do a renovation.

Even when there were very few tables filled at the restaurant, service was very scarce and the food took time to be brought to our table. Drinks had very little alcohol, and upon complaining initially, nothing was rectified, and when we complained a second time, the Manager said the issue was the tall glass, and ordered the drinks be redone in 8 oz glasses. Mind you, the drinks, were $12 a pop. So scarce service coupled with bad drinks, with not corrections for a $550 meal, does not make me wonder why the restaurant was practically empty for lunch on a Friday.

I have been at TB before. Even though my favorite one is still Dubai, the San Juan experience today was great. Since arrival up to the last minute. The only thing that needs to improve is the complimentary round pieces of breed. I don’t know if they are supposed to taste like uncooked dough or if ours were not done, but they were bad. As I said before, everything else was excellent.

I gave two stars in comparison to my last experience there, the meats rotation was too slow to make it worth the cost inspite of giving several heads up of what was going on. For instance we were in the restaurant for aprox 1.5 hours before giving up and were only offered file mignon once and it was well done, inspite them asking for our term preference earlier so we naturally declined and that was one of the only few instances we were offered prime cuts. Sadly Last time for us and wont recommed.
