We had our first experience today with this amazing establishment and the food was outstanding, the service was more than we could have ever asked for. Our server Richard S. He has grey slicked back hair and is tall he was amazing he was non stop making sure we were good and even made sure we got the chance to try everything! we will definitely be back and bringing more people and if possible requesting him! All and all the experience was great.

We had a great time at Texas de Brazil! Our waitress was amazing and ensured our experience was top notch! A few of the meats that came out were a bit salty, but still really good overall. The chocolate cake was our favorite by far, as always. Our waitress even put little hearts on our plate since my boyfriend and I were having a date night. The little details mean the most!

Server was great.. however we were skipped over time and time again for food .. and a lot of what we received was overcooked… still love the place , and recommend… just disappointed this experience

The food was incredible as always, but our server, Bridgett, was amazing! She had a few large parties but was very attentive to our small party of two. She was very sweet, she knew we didn’t want dessert but brought me a plate with happy birthday written on it and a candle! She took a picture of my fiance and I as well. She was so sweet, I hope at our next visit we get her again! We tried the Parmesan crusted pork for the first time and it did not disappoint! The tri tip is always done to perfection, and for some reason the beets on the salad bar are the best I’ve ever tasted. I am already looking forward to our next visit!

Our server was very pleasant and attentive. We were given an overview of all the recent changes that had occurred over the last few years, (via assumed changes in ownership/management). One of the highlights of that overview was that the selections of meat had increased since COVID, (from 12 to 19?). Unfortunately, we only saw 6-7 of those selections during our visit. Additionally, the meat that we did receive was very underseasoned compared to our experiences at Texas de Brazil in years past. Also, one of our party members was interested in obtaining a mixed drink with Red Bull or another energy drink alternative. We were informed that Texas de Brazil does not maintain an inventory of any type of energy drink for mixed drinks. At the end of the meal, our desserts were also underwhelming, with a slice of chocolate cake being approximately half the size we were expecting and the caramelized top of a crème brûlée being extremely overseasoned with cinnamon to the point that, after the first few bites by the person who ordered it, the rest of the table sampled it only to see how offputting the seasoning was. While our meal was an overall positive experience, in the context of both our prior experiences and the price, it was somewhat of a disappointment.
