First time here . It was a great experience. Our waiter was very attentive. Everything tasted great. I recommend going here on a weekday. The meat supply was never ending…

There celebrating our 9yr anniversary with 12 close friends. The waitress was excellent and the food was great. The only issue was it seemed at one point there was a long wait between meat coming to the table.

Sadly disappointed. Did not get moneys worth. Made reservation for my husband's birthday, stating several times it was a special occasion. Our server was decent even though he had clearly checked out for the night about 30 minutes into our visit. He maintained a cheerful demeanor and just became more and more neglectful. As did the "gaucho's." I don't think I've ever had to flag down a server so many times to make requests for things that should've been offered, like drink refills or desserts. Especially shouldn't have to ask for more meat at a Brazilian steakhouse. That, after sitting with empty plates for 20 minutes, green cards up. Special occasion was never acknowledged in spite of mentioning it several times. Typing this all out makes it sound so petty and unimportant, but for the cost of the meal no one should leave unsatisfied, and we very much did

Don’t go early. Meats were very overdone and dry. It was like it was meat from the night before. Third time around it was better and closer to the medium rare they said it was.

The staff was awesome! The host welcomed us and wished us a congratulations on our anniversary. Our waitress was very attentive and pleasant. Other wait staff even checked in on us. The food was good. Some of the meats were a little dry but seasoned extremely well. The desserts were amazing. Carrot Cake, Creme Brulee, and Choclate Mousse.

Host was excellent and explained everything. My biggest disappointment was that there wasn’t anything else besides salad. I didn’t know that. There were black beans and rice and au gratin potatoes and lobster bisque. I didn’t care for the au gratin potatoes, they weren’t hot. I didn’t want to eat rice or beans by themselves and the lobster bisque was excellent. I was surprised to see that there wasn’t a different 4 options for sides. The regular mashed potatoes were great, we didn’t try our bananas. I was told on our anniversary we get a free dessert which we didn’t get and they knew it was our anniversary. Maybe you don’t do that anymore. The buns were great. I was full when I left but my wife and I barely ate anything. The meats were great! The bill was 140 plus tip. Definitely a bit pricey, would consider coming back if I was very hungry. My wife and I aren’t big eaters, so for this reason I feel like we didn’t get what we paid for. But we definitely enjoyed our time and our host made us feel very welcomed and was very helpful!

Not the experience we are accustomed to compared to many prior visits to this restaurant in Pittsburgh. Salad bar was great. Rolls were hard as rocks. Every meat that came from the kitchen, except the Brazilian sausages, was tough and fatty. Very disappointed overall.
