Texas de Brazil- Brazilian Steakhouse is carving a new experience in dining! The concept combines the cuisine of Southern Brazil with the spirit of Texas, for a dining experience unmatched anywhere else. Voted as one of “America’s Top Restaurants” by Zagat, Texas de Brazil features a dynamic menu of beef, lamb, pork, chicken and sausage all deliciously seasoned, cooked over an open flame and carved tableside by the Gauchos. The restaurant also features a 50-item, fresh gourmet salad area containing seasonal roasted vegetables, fresh artisan breads, charcuterie, imported cheeses, authentic Brazilian dishes and other specialties. Guests can conclude their dining experience with a decadent dessert or relax with tempting after-dinner drinks.

We decided to try the salad bar option as opposed to the full meat option. The buffet was quite delicious but was missing two items we had enjoyed previously - the smoked salmon and the chicken salad. That's where they lost a star.

Great food and great service is the perfect recipe for a great dining experience. Texas de Brazil has it all. A must do in Aruba.

I always looked forward to this location but last night was a bust. Our six top was nestled between three large Christmas parties and the volume was absurd. The salad bar, previously outstanding, has taken a dive. The quality of the selections was definitely off. How difficult would it be to have chilled plates for salad instead of roaring hot straight from the washer? Our table was lost in the bustle and we were virtually ignored. Prices are a bit shocking. TdB has fallen several notches and may no longer warrant a visit from me.

My family and I had a wonderful dining experience! The selection of salads was excellent, and all the meats were cooked to perfection. Our server, Moises, was attentive. Highly recommend this place for great food and service!

It was my husband's birthday and he loves it here. It's one of our go-to spots on the island. Food is great. Service is great. I mentioned in our reservation that we were celebrating his birthday. Didn't ask for anything, and at the end of the night, they sang Happy Birthday with a Creme Brule. So nice of them.
