Texas de Brazil- Brazilian Steakhouse is carving a new experience in dining! The concept combines the cuisine of Southern Brazil with the spirit of Texas, for a dining experience unmatched anywhere else. Voted as one of “America’s Top Restaurants” by Zagat, Texas de Brazil features a dynamic menu of beef, lamb, pork, chicken and sausage all deliciously seasoned, cooked over an open flame and carved tableside by the Gauchos. The restaurant also features a 50-item, fresh gourmet salad area containing seasonal roasted vegetables, fresh artisan breads, charcuterie, imported cheeses, authentic Brazilian dishes and other specialties. Guests can conclude their dining experience with a decadent dessert or relax with tempting after-dinner drinks.

Every year we come here to Aruba we always dine in at Texas the Brazil unfortunately we did not enjoy this time we felt like the meat was not coming quick took forever and they didn’t have short ribs

My experience was not good. I went for dinner on a Thursday evening and was underwhelmed by the salad/hot bar. What you see online is not what’s offered in store; there is not a wide variety of options. There are chunks of romaine, thickly sliced tomatoes and cucumbers; mushrooms, cheeses, a plate of salami, flavorless potato salad, cherry tomatoes sitting in some type of oil, a seafood salad that was super spicy and bitter (inedible in my opinion); a very salty cabbage slaw; not a variety of veggies to make a good salad. I did try things (good Jasmine rice) but didn’t find enough to have a satisfying dinner. I shared with the waitress who looked at the full plate; she looked at me surprised and left the table. A second waitress came, asked the same question and I provided the same feedback - that I honestly did not find the food good. She begins to clean the table, wiping the table crumbs into my lap…. I was then offered dessert; I declined. I’ll also share that no one refilled water, which is a basic courtesy. There were 9 customers in the restaurant, occupying 4 tables so it was not busy. As I left, the hostess asked me how things were. I again shared the same information- that I did not find the food good; I didn’t enjoy it. She asked if I would share with the manager. I did. His response was that he would discuss with the chef. This restaurant was a no for me. When discussing with others I met in the area, similar feedback was shared in terms of not enjoying the food overall.

The service was excellent. The meat kept coming. I had my favourite which was the filet mignon in bacon. And the server kept bringing it. The virgin mango daiquiri was huge and refreshing. And our waiter Marlon was very service oriented and attentive. Highly recommended

We there was a wide variety of food to choose from. The wait staff was not very attentive, however some the carvers were exceptional. Very very noisey and no reserving of tea or soft drinks

Service was awful!!! Meat was dry, tough, no flavor, and cold. This used to be my favorite restaurant, not sure what happened, will never go back. So disappointed!!!

Our daughter loves Texas de Brazil so it is always on our list when we visit Aruba. The food is amazing and the service was OUTSTANDING! Diego, Gershwin, and Raul were so amazing! The manager (did not catch his name) was also extremely accommodating. Restaurant is located right in the center of the shops so it is nice to walk around after a very filling dinner!
