I’ve been to this location multiple times, always had a great experience, but this time was very disappointing. Had a reservation, the woman at the front seated us and told us that our waitress will come by. Nobody showed up to our table. After waiting patiently for approximately 40 minutes, while everyone else around us was being served. I had to ask someone to serve us drinks. Previous times I’ve been to this location the waiter usually greets us and gives us a run down how the restaurant works, but nothing in this case. Really disappointed in the service, hopefully improvements will be made.

Been driving 2 hours to this place for 15 years, today was the poorest attempt at food service I’ve ever experienced. Truly disappointed, took 15 minutes before even saw anyone serving meat, another 25 until they delivered anything to ours. Salad bar was great, waiter was great, but the grill was terrible.

Overall decent..meats a little salty whenever they came by your table, although you have your card turned over to green. It's not worth the price.

The great service began when we walked in. Our server for the evening was attentive and provided excellent customer service.👏🏽 The food was great too!

This was my first time eating at Texas de Brazil and we were not pleased. I would like to say that the service was pretty good. The salad bar was delicious yet we came for the meat. The chicken, steak ,lamb was under season and over cook. We told the waiter we wanted medium rare meats. The meat was charred, chewy, and was never the meat temperature we ask for. The meat servers took forever to serve the small portion of meat, that was not to our liking. The money that we spent tonight was over 100 dollars but was not worth the price. Unfortunately,I did not enjoy my food. I came here for a date and I like to eat a lot but I didn’t because the meat taste horrible so I left the restaurant barely full .The experience would have been better if you serve me the meat that I wanted to eat and the temperature that I wanted the meat cook. Why , try serve me meat that I don’t like how the meat is cook? I am spending my money to come to this your restaurant . For the amount of money we spent Tannoor Grill Cordova is a better Brazilian restaurant the meat is always fresh , hot , juicy and the servers serve the meat that you ask and pay for. None stop!

We made a 7:15pm reservation about a week and a half prior. We arrived on time and were advised that they were waiting on tables ( isn't a reservation supposed to hold a table for us?). We stood there at the front for 40 mins, yes 40 mins, before we were seated for our 7:15 reservation. We were seated ( @ 7:55) in a high traffic area where all the carvers come in and out of the kitchen. Our server came by promptly to give is the run down of how if works. We got waters and my daughter and I ordered a soda also. The water tasted horrible, very chemically, maybe thats just how Memphis water tastes? IDK... my daughter got her soda ( in a wine glass, shes 8... felt like a risky call) and after about 10 mins I asked if my soda was coming, he gave me an excuse that he was waiting on the bartender..? Both drinks were ordered at the same time... he clearly forgot. It came about 5 mins after that. At this point we were about 1 hour from when we should have seated and we only just got our drinks. Not even plates. We are starving.. we had carvers coming to us and couldnt serve us bc we didnt have plates. My husband ended up going to the buffet and got us plates for meat. The meat was ok.. the leg of lamb was the best but only came around once. Carvers came around a decent number of times with different meats. All in all , the failure to hold our reservation set a bad tone for the evening especially because we were dining with our 8y/o child. I expected better service all around for the price point. We will not return.

We only had 3 servers come to our table the whole time . We were sitting by 2 larger groups and we would get skipped every time. What food we did get was good
