We have eaten at this Brazilian steak house several times and always enjoy the food, but last night the service was exceptional! All of the meat servers seemed to be attentive and took note of our favorites and preferences. The food is always amazing, but the added personalized experience with the meat servers offering to bring specific types back and even politely joking and interacting with our family was fabulous. We enjoyed the meal and service!

The food was delicious but the guys bringing the meat out did not come around as often as we felt like they were needed. They were very friendly though. We asked for one particular cut of meat two times and they didn’t get in a hurry at all so we waited for a bit on it and other meats too. But, when it came out it was delicious. Our server wasn’t very outgoing. Asked him for the cut of meat we wanted and he didn’t seem to do much to get it. Had to ask him several times to remove extra plates,etc. Actually had to ask him for everything except the water. Service could have been much better and more attentive. That would have made our visit much better.

We were only offered steak twice. We finally had to as our waiter for a 3rd . Our table was passed three times. Paid too much to be passed over.

Love the concept and atmosphere. Friendly gauchos. Several of the meats were cold by the time they got to us. Waited 28 mins for first round of meat to come. Delicious after that. Great cuts of meat. Server was terrible. Rarely came by. Didn’t offer sides till asked. No offer of refills or other drinks unless asked. 3x to get him to apply a coupon/giftcard. Forgot the to-go twice.

Our waiter failed to bring us drinks until after we were halfway through our salad. I asked for several things which he totally forgot to get. The waitress best to us helped get our drinks several times. The manager was busy but tried to makes sure we were taken care of after our regular waiter was busy and saw I was getting my own tea refills. The food was much better than our last two experiences. I appreciated the other wait staff stepping up.

We have dined here before with no issues. However, on this occasion the meat was very slow to come out and the Parmesan chicken that was brought out was not done, with blood coming out of it. The other meats looked to be done and tasted pretty good. I will definitely be cautious when dining in the future.

Food was amazing, service was ... lack luster at best. Our waitress was so busy we barely got refills of our drinks (cokes). It took 30 minutes from being sitted just to recieve my mojito. It took almost an hour of us sitting there with our green tag flipped up for any of the meat servers to approach us. Though they visited every other table around us. We are not the sort to go to expensive restaurants and this was a splurge for us, for our anniversary. Then once we did get offered meat, we only saw 3 servers in the 1.5hours we were there. So very much not worth the $54 price tag per person. Our personal server and the one meat server that did actually talk to us, were very nice and answered what questions we did have, as this was our first time, though sadly, probably our last.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant. I did not care for the concept, it was odd and very disorganized. My server first asked us if we had been there before, after telling her no she explained the concept but she spoke so fast that I was even more confused than I was after sitting down. We ordered drinks and she disappeared for 10 mins, so we went to the hot bar to see what was there... very poor selection. We sat back at our table for another 10 mins waiting for our server to reappear and she did not so we flagged down someone who seemed like they were a manager, asked her to explain the concept again because although I had flipped over my card to say YES, not a single person with the large meat skewers was coming to my table, they just kept passing us. We also asked the assumed manager about ordering other sides as my husband was really only wanting the garlic mashed potatoes, she told us those were complimentary and our server should be coming with that & some fried bananas; I said 'Oh really, cause she never told us that'. Finally someone came by and offered bacon wrapped Filet Menon, but I said no; he asked what kind of meat I'd like so I told him I was hoping for just regular Filet Menon, he said alright, I'll see what I can do. Another 20 mins goes by (with me thinking someone was going to bring me some) & we had a couple of offers for different meats which I said yes to one of them, but it took all of that 20-25 mins before anyone came by offering Filet Menon. Overall, NOT a good experience, I felt like we were ignored the whole time. I knew it was going to be expensive but $59.99 for the 3 measly tiny pieces of meat that I got? Then the fact hardly anyone was coming by our table to offer meats, I saw the server for the tables around us more than we saw our own, I maybe saw her 3 times in the total 1 hr we were there.
