Very good food, waiters, and aesthetic. The floor is slippery and hard to walk on wearing heels, a lot of tables were close together and were stacked right on top of each other making it hard to hear the other person.

We dined at this restaurant on Valentine’s Day and, unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. Our server, Bryan, appeared to be new and was rarely available at our table. As first-time guests, we were not given any guidance on the dining process, which made the experience more confusing. Additionally, despite having a reservation for 7:45 PM, we were not seated until 8:16 PM. Once seated, we did not receive drinks until 9:00 PM and our food did not arrive until approximately 9:30 PM. It felt as though our table was repeatedly overlooked, and we only began receiving service after speaking with the manager, Paulo, who sent another server to assist us. Given the delays, lack of communication, and multiple service issues—including errors with our checks—the overall experience did not reflect the price point of $70+ per person. Unfortunately, due to these factors, we do not plan to return.

Our experience during Valentine’s Day was quite disappointing. The service was significantly delayed, and we struggled to get refills on our drinks. The meat arrived infrequently, and we often found ourselves waiting 15-20 minutes for assistance. However, when it came time to settle the bill, they were quick to respond.

It was my first time at Texas de Brazil and we enjoyed ourselves. It was definitely crowded but it was Valentines Day, so it was expected. But what I appreciated was the quickness of being seated with having a reservation. We did not have to wait long at all. The hostess was friendly and pleasant. The food options for a non red meat eater was plentiful. My boyfriend is a meat eater and he enjoyed everything. He even appreciated the meat servers (don’t know their official title) being attentive to his preferences when asked. He prefers his meats well done and instead of just giving him anything, they actually checked before cutting or serving. We would go back again.

1st time there ... it was amazing love the food the salad bar was fresh n yummy and the meats just keep coming by to fill your plate so awsome the desert is out of the world .. I loved everything about the place ... best place to spend our 5 yrs anniversary ❤️

We came for my dads birthday and it was truly such an amazing experience. Foot and drinks were AMAZING!!

We we for our anniversary dinner yesterday it was such a joyful experience. The food was so flavorful and delicious this is the perfect place to go for a date night.

As a 30 year HRM industry professional and as someone who truly thinks from a “guest” perspective, this establishment is not great value. What you get for what you pay left me feeling like I was gambling in Vegas; and as always, The House Wins. That’s unfortunate, because every guest should leave feeling like the winner and knowing every penny was well spent. The salad bar is great, the meats pretty much all taste alike (and are quite fatty), and the restaurant itself is beautiful. But for $60 and to not have soft drinks and nonalcoholic beverages included is short sighted… even worse, $4.50 for a soda is absolutely gouging! The same with dessert…. It’s a small variety of (what we all know to be Sysco ready made) typical sliced sweets… $11.50 for a slice of Key Lime (on top of the $60) is just silly…. You could easily include desserts…. Also, for $60 adding some grilled seafood options would be nice… shrimp? Lobster? The reality is, at $60 per person (not including any drinks or dessert), one could go to some VERY nice restaurants and get an incredible chef prepared meal…. A full meal! As I stated…. Horrible value compared to what you could get if you spent that money (or less) at any other restaurant.

The hostess was a bit rude. We showed up 20 minutes past our reservation which we understood meant we could lose our reservation. After the lecture that we lose our reservation after 15 minutes, I understood and asked how long till the next table. She said 30-50 minutes. I said ok and that we would wait and get a drink. Once I called her bluff she then said she could seat me right away. I just don’t understand how you go from 30-50 minutes to right away…. Just not pleasant.
