We had a reservation and were seating rather quickly! The table we were taken to was missing a chair; which one was provided. The table was clean, but the chair and the floor underneath the table was covered in food! We cleaned it ourselves and after asking for a replacement napkin, 4 times, we finally recieved it. Overall, the food was great! The potatoes and sides were brought early and cooled by the time meat started coming around! Our waitress was so kind and apologetic! We appreciated her.

Filet was salty and overcooked. A 3 story restaurant and was on the 3rd floor. Very warm up there. Salad bar and soups were good. Fogo De Cho is a better choice

First and foremost, I am blown away at the great service. From start to finish. I was so nervous coming in because I’ve never been here or anywhere this nice before. I wasn’t sure how it worked or anything but as soon as we sat down and got our baby in the high chair (which we didn’t even have to ask for, major bonus points!) the waitress explained everything and was so nice about it. I even had to ask a question she already answered and even though it was late and busy she didn’t even bat an eye about it. My only regret is that I wish I remembered her name so I could mention how great she is. She was also so patient with my kids and my daughter (7) was very curious about everything and she answered all her questions so nicely. The food was phenomenal, all of it. Everything on the salad bar was so fresh and all the meat I had was cooked to perfection and well seasoned. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely come back again.

The waitress was horrible today. Saw her twice. Had to wait 10 min to order drinks and we got our salad and finished the salad portion before even getting our drinks. The meat guys had to ask some random waiter to bring us plates so that we could have new plates after salad. Never got our drinks refilled. Finally saw her at the end, when we had to request the check. She shouldn’t be a server at your establishment.

Great experience, though it was crowded withy 17 of us... our waitress was amazing! I haven't had that great of experience with that large of group before, anywhere. She was just spot on and on top of it all. Great job!

Always great to take friends and enjoy a great night at Texas de Brazil. Everything was very good: food of course as well as service and atmosphere. We will be back!

The elevator was out of service. We had an elderly woman who was on a can, this made climbing the stairs extremely difficult. My wife is not mobile enough to climb stairs had this been our night out we would have just simply had to leave. We fully understand equipment malfunctions. As this is our go to location for Texas de Brazil, we were somewhat disappointed. However, we fully recommend the staff and service 100%. Javier was our server; I have had him serval times this year. I would recommend him.

The gentlemen walking around with the meat could’ve been better with visiting our table as much as they were visiting “others”. It was fun trying to get their attention, especially being as we were sitting right where they were coming out from. Other than that our waitress was great!
