I wouldn’t recommend this place. It’s extremely cramped and crowded. They gave us an extremely cramped table. I had very little room between the table and the wall. The salad bar is downstairs but we were seated upstairs and it’s very hard to walk up and down 2 flights of stairs with food. The meats we were served were all cold. The gauchos did come by very quickly but it was so quick we felt rushed. They also ignored our cards. Regardless of what they were on, they still came adding to the feeling of being rushed out. It’s genuinely just a glorified buffet and it’s not worth it. Save your money and go somewhere else that you don’t have to eat cold overcooked meat. Also, for what’s supposed to be a nicer restaurant, the waitress we got was unprofessional looking. She had bright star shaped pimple patches on. That’s very unprofessional and not a good look.

Great food! Pop overs were almost as good as the steak. Mash potatoes need a little work though

The atmosphere was calm, and peaceful. Wait staff well rounded and highly knowledgeable on allergens, and very prompt to accommodate at any moment. The salad bar is self serve, and very clean. You may go as many times as you like. Meats are rotated quickly at every table to assure every customer is taken care of. If the meat isn't cooked to your liking. Ask them to bring what you prefer. They will. Our experience has always been great!!

It was an extremely busy, but the wait staff took good care of us. Our reservation was for 13 people, but our table was only set up for 10 so they had to find more chairs and place settings. Food was all delicious. I ordered a coffee, and it was lukewarm, but other than that it was good. We come to Texas de Brazil often, and we always purchase a VIP card when they come available.

Food was good but service needs a big boost. It was very busy and I had to ask for a waiter to come to our table. Dinner went decent. At the end I asked for the dessert tray to choose. 15 minutes later I had to get up and ask a manager for help as it never came. It finally came and we ordered. After we got our dessert, and we were done eating i had to get up again and ask for our check as it was again another 15 minutes. It seemed like we were an after thought.

I know it was a Saturday evening but this was awful, between having to wait for meat to come out we were put right next to where the waiters were but ours was slow at coming to see if there was anything we needed. I felt like we were invisible. And for $250 plus tip you shouldn't feel that way. It may be awhile before we go back.
