Not as good as it used to be. It was loud with people waiting for a table that had reservations. People standing around eating customers waiting for a table. Very disappointed and will never go back.

Roberto did wonderful last night!! The last time I dined in they forget to bring out the mashed potato's and fries and Roberto made sure these were brought out promptly!

Fun restaurant, but not an ideal date night. The food was all good, but it seemed like they were understaffed. Servers were all very nice but couldn't get to people quickly so we waited a long time on drink refills, etc. Very packed and noisy on a Wednesday night, I can't imagine Fridays, our table was small which meant the many plates associated with Churrascaria-style dining left us quite crowded.

Everything was so good! The salad bar had plenty of options, and the meat was superb! Everything is very fast-paced and a little overwhelming at first. My BF and I were celebrating our anniversary, and they wrote a cute little note on the plate with dessert sauce! That was super sweet and thoughtful! The only downside was because we had a gift card, it took them a little bit to process it. But that’s a minor inconvenience. I would definitely go again!

The food was good and the service was great. But at time to pay the manager came to us really fast he didn’t ask anything about the service or the food just came take the check to discount the gift card and return it back. Really bad service for his part.

Specifically asked for downstairs table when making reservation... we were accommodated after everyone was sat except the two last people- specifically who did t want or need to be upstairs. Ended up ok.

We had a reservation for 8 and were not sat until almost 9 o’clock. After finally getting seated we didn’t see our waiter for another 20 minutes. The manager finally came over and apologized and we received our cuts of meat fairly quickly after that. We barely saw our waiter and another waitress Stephanie saved the day. We got dessert and the bill and I asked to speak to the manager again. We came to celebrate my boyfriend’s 25th birthday and the entire night was ruined and this was our first time dining with Texas de Brazil. I told the manager that tonight’s experience was inexcusable no matter what. This would be our first and last time dining with them and that I didn’t care how we had to make it happen we would not be tipping Christian I wanted to make sure my money went to the person helping us. They than had to run my card for a penny to ensure this happened. They comped our desert after speaking to the manager for the second time which was went necessary since we will not be coming back I had no complaints about the bill solely the service and experience. I would recommend del Friscos over Texas de Brazil any day of the week for better service and better respect of their diners.

My reservation was for 6:45pm on a Friday evening for two people. Upon arrival, there was no parking and traffic was horrible, so we parked a block away and walked. We arrived by our scheduled reservation time, but there was a line out the door and around the building. Not what I would expect from a fine dining establishment. I went past the line and up to the check-in counter, which is in a small foyer between the restaurant and the street in which approx 20 people were standing (it was extremely hot). I asked, "Is this line for people with reservations?" They said, "Yes, and walk-ins". So I returned to the back of the line and continued waiting. When a person bypassed the line and was checking in for a 7:15 reservation, I spoke up and said mine was for 6:45 and questioned why would he be allowed to check-in before me. We were finally allowed into the restaurant and were sat a table that was sitting out in the middle of the floor. It was loud and people kept brushing past us to get to other areas of the restaurant. Eventually, they let all of the people that had been waiting in the foyer into the restaurant to stand and wait... directly beside us. As more posteriors gathered around our faces, we asked to be moved to another table. The waitress was happy to move us and told us that they had her break up a four-top which had created the weird one in the middle of the floor that we had been in. We each had one cocktail prior to the meal and all together our check was $190. We tipped generously for the table move. All in all, this was not a great experience, especially at over $100 per person with tip.
