The ambience was very awesome, brung my wife for bday last year and she loved it; but the second time we both were very disappointed, again the ambience was awesome but our waiter didn't listen too our request, the bartender didn't make our drinks correctly our side dishes were cold, then meat got cold waiting for warm side dishes, our waiter still wasn't attentive for the 3 hours we were there. The Manager and a random employee sung happy bday with a plate that said happy bday but, no name, no one bother to ask my wife what is her name, very awkward. Finally my wife gave the Management a piece of her mind respectably though. They discounted the drink and food, plus, two coupons they took back,(petty); they apologized, but too little, too late.

We have been to several different Texas De Brazil’s before and this one wasn’t up to their standards. First the restrooms were absolutely filthy! Second the only plate we received was our salad plate so we had no room for our meat. Also the waiter spilled water all over our table of six guests, he apologized and then went to fill another glass and did it again. We did not have the opportunity to see all the different choices and had to ask for the lamp chops and then never got any. Just not a fantastic experience as the Ann Arbor location is or the Las Vegas location. Very disappointed.

This was our first time at Texas De Brazil. Everything the drinks to the food to the service was amazing! We were celebrating our 37th Wedding Anniversary. Both Hailey (the bartender) and Andrea (our server) were excellent! We will definitely be back!!

The service is awesome. Ayyan is charming, attentive, gracious and quick. You train your staff right. Carlos at the front desk always greets me with a welcoming smile. there are many Brazilian steak houses in the area, your staff has me come back to yours.

Our experience was a 10/10 and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday! Our server was absolutely incredible. The food is totally worth it too. This is a place you go and celebrate and enjoy the overall experience.

First, in special notes for the reservation I put that it was a birthday and also dairy allergy. When we arrived at the table, the server got us the rolls to our table. We assumed the host filled him in on the dairy allergy, but also just thought the rolls were plain bread rolls. My girlfriend is highly allergic to dairy. She ate one bite of the roll and noticed it tasted like it had butter or cheese inside. We contacted our server right away, told him she ate something she could be allergic to and said he would grab management. Neither my girlfriend nor I could believe how long it took management to come. She finally arrived and my girlfriend told her she’s pretty sure it had cheese in it but wanted to verify because her chest was already hurting but wasn’t sure if it was anxiety from eating something she’s allergic to or the allergic response kicking in. The manager was not helpful as she told us we should go on the website. She said “look on our website on your phone. It should have the info on there” My girlfriend and I looked at eachother in disbelief that this was what we were supposed to do rather than the manager knowing if there was cheese in the bread, or finding someone that did. We went to the website and we couldn’t find the right info, so we asked if she could just ask the chef. She seemed unpleasant to talk to and walked back to ask the chef, but walked very slowly and seemed bothered. After her casual stroll back to us she said it contains cheese. By this time my girlfriend already knew it because her throat was closing up a bit. The manager said there’s a convenience store down the road. So I literally ran a mile total…in the rain…being stopped by multiple homeless people at night. Manager made me feel like I was bothering her if anything, I didn’t feel she was even apologetic. Also, we had the “red” side up meaning we don’t want meat, but 5-6 times the meat cutters would come to our table to give us meat or ask us. Terrible experience, $180 wasted

We had a pleasant experience. I forgot ours servicer’s name, but she was professional, polite, and attentive to our needs. I haven’t been to this location in 6yrs and the experience was better this time around. I will definitely be back 🥰.
