We specifically asked for medium or medium rare and repeatedly received cuts of meat that were well done. Our waiter while she was good it was hard to find her when we needed her. We had to wait and almost take turns being on guard, looking for her, in addition to that there were specific meats, I requested after not seeing them come around and they still did not come around.

I’m giving a 5 star because our server was good. The restaurant itself was not the best. There were 7 of us dining and we were seated in an area in between the main dining area and the smaller dining area up a few steps. The problem we had was they would always walk right past us with the meat, like we weren’t even there? They walked past us to get to the main dining area, just didn’t stop or hardly look over at us. It was pretty frustrating; we made sure our cards were on green and at the edge of the table. We even tried waving them down, which worked sometimes. There was always server standing overtop of the person sitting at the end of the table at their stand with this location. The other issue was a sewer smell. We got whiffs of the smell at the table from time to time, but it was really bad in the bathroom. We have been there many times and know it’s not the norm, but hoping someone will read this and have a talk with their staff. They have to already know about the smell. Again still leaving a 5 star because of our server and I know that wasn’t the norm. After traveling well over 2 hours to get to the restaurant it just didn’t make for the best birthday dinner for two of our kids. 18th birthday / 11th birthday.

The food as always was excellent! The service lacked a bit this time- empty glasses of tea and soda where we have to ask. Dirty plates sat on the table- never picked up salad plates!

My husband and I went for our anniversary and loved this restaurant! The food was great and the service was fantastic. I’ve already recommended others to go as soon as they can! We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our experience, the staff was very attentive. We got the sangria for the table, it paired well with the meats. Will definitely come back.

Excellent restaurant one of the best in the city, world class cuisine and customer service! Food is simply amazing every one should come at least 2 times or more a year! Great for families, couples, work groups just a very welcoming atmosphere!

Service was absolutely horrible!!!! Our waiter was awful and it took forever for any food to get out. Once they made a round with one or two things of food, you waited at least ten minutes for another one. I have been to Texas de Brazil several times and never had an experience as bad as this one!!!

Stopped in for lunch and was not informed that due to it being a holiday, the dinner prices were being assessed to customers. Did not eat a lot (for what we thought would be $29.99 each) and was completely caught off guard when the check arrived for $130 for two lunch buffets.

Nice looking place, we went for slightly early dinner on a Saturday (4pm). They had quite a bit of tables in use. Our waitress was very kind and pleasant, explained how the process works. The salad bar and sides was ok. About half the items had no name shown so if we didn’t know what it was then we skipped it. Salad dressings were of 4 types, ranch, Caesar, a vinaigrette of sorts and Caesar salad dressing. It’s not your typical salad bar or side dishes. Then came the meat on the swords. Our waitress had asked our preference on doneness. My fiancé wanted medium well to well done. I was ok with medium. Everything they brought was medium to medium rare. My fiancé started filling up on the smoked sausage as that was only thing they brought that was done. Our waitress checked on us again and said she’d be sure he got some sent over to his liking. That did finally happen on some steaks. We aren’t into lamb and wanted more than just chicken. By that point we were mostly full so steak was minimum. The experience was different, food mediocre at best, and out waitress and service was very good. I don’t think this is for us though and probably won’t try again.
