I’ve been a frequent costumer of the restaurant since 2019 and never had a bad experience but today I saw a lot of new faces and the service sucked !!! Like really terrible, no manners, rude approach.. the manager came and apologized but honestly it was a better service for sure! Train your staff to have manners with the costumer, be polite. Maybe they were all having a hard day but…

The food was very good, as always, however the rest of the dining experience has deteriorated. Even when the restaurant is just half full the sound level is so high that we had to keep asking the servers to repeat themselves. The tables were so crowded together that we kept being bumping no matter how we sat. First, the restaurant had a large number of empty areas but we were seated right next to 3 tables where some of the patrons were very close to our table when seated, then when they got up to go to the buffet they bumped us. I should have not have accepted the table when we were seated. Then other patrons coming down the aisle bumped into us, so I moved to be further from the walkway, only to have the gauchos constantly brushing their backsides against my shoulder. Then it seemed that the section closest to the kitchen was getting all the meats and the same 3 choices always came to our table. There was a period where we sat with empty plate and a green disk for 25 minutes and no one came by. We asked 3 different servers about getting different things before finally specifying what we wanted. Since we weren’t presented with many choices and had to ask for specific cuts, it makes me wonder what else was available that we missed? The meat seemed unusually salty, but the au gratin potatoes were the best they’ve ever done. And the special, moqueca, was very good. The salad bar, which is my favorite part, wasn’t replenish after 7 PM. The cheese wheel was completely chipped out, with nothing left, and there was goat cheese but no bread or crostini to spread it on. I think we’ll be waiting a while before we go back, as the negative experience will stick in our memory for a while.

The food is always great here. Our server for Easter Sunday and last night Jamie does a fantastic job. Great food, great service, can't ask for much more.

Everything was fantastic - Our server was busy but made multitasking look like a breeze, was very attentive to our needs. Food was great, very well seasoned. I’m not sure if they utilize bacon fat to increase that flavor, but if they don’t it certainly would’ve fooled me. Overall, fantastic experience and I will come again… especially if I’m craving bacon!

The service was wonderful, and the place was very nice. The food is where they fell short. The food wasn't great by any means and could have benefited from some type of seasoning. The drinks were very tasty, so that's a plus. I would say, for the money you'll spend, you might as well go to another restaurant. In my humble opinion.

Our waitress was not attentive // did not check in with us. When we got her attention and asked for something it seemed as if we were an inconvenience. A young lady named Arie not sure if she was a waitress or a runner came and helped she was very friendly and made sure we got the cuts that we asked for as well as fresh bread.

The food was without question the tastiest we have ever had a brazilian steakhouse, including different locations of the same chain. The service was very good. The only negative: A member of our party ordered a martini. When it was delivered, the glass was only half full. We asked the waitress if that was the full drink, and she said yes, it was the right amount.

My wife and I love coming here. It’s probably our favorite place to dine so return over and over. The service is always pleasant and the food is top notch!
