I’ve been here too many times, so I know what to expect when it comes to the food. Sometimes they overcook or undercook meats, as well as inconsistent cooking on certain meats. When it’s good, it’s good, and when it’s bad, well, there’ll still be good meat to choose from. This time though, the service was absolutely terrible. Server took 15mins to get the alcoholic drinks that people at our table ordered, and had to get stopped in order to refill waters. 20mins into our meal, server just straight disappeared and never came back to check on our table, plus most of the gauchos would avoid coming by unless I made eye contact and motioned to them with my prong. We all had our placards on green the whole time too. While waiting for our check we sat there for 45 mins and watched her just chatting with the guy she was presumably training. Also watched them continue to ignore us for refills on sides and drinks as she and her trainee disappeared to fill up water together for another 10mins. Also took a long time to bring the receipt back after giving her the check, and didn’t even ask us if we wanted dessert (we did, but we went elsewhere for it instead). Honestly baffling— the service we experienced today is probably the worst any of us have had in maybe our whole lives at a sit down restaurant.

Our server was Trey, Great service! Great salad bar and the meat was perfectly cooked and seasoned! We will definitely eat here again.

My only complaint is the desert. The pis looked delicious on the sample tray, but when I received it it was nothing like the sample, I'm speaking of the Pecan pie. Also the price was ridiculous, $11.00. Do your self a favor and skip the overpriced sweets....

El restaurante está muy bonito y agradable, pero la variedad de las carnes no , los meseros duraban mucho tiempo al traer la diferente carnes y la sangría súper mala solo era jugo de naranja… un 3 para el restaurante

Unfortunately the guys carrying the meat, come out every so often. Used to love this place, not so much any more. Wish we had a Fogo de Chao.

We love this restaurant. Typically a good experience. The meat this time was not as good as normal. Some of it was grisly and fatty and the flank steak tasted sour.
