We set … waited 35 minutes nobody came to get our order and of course we left! Not sure how this restaurant is still doing business rating is 0

We stood at the host stand for over 15 mins with a res and the servers wouldn’t look at us and the host couldn’t be found. When sat, we said we had a show to be at (a 6 min walk away) and asked if an hour and a half would be enough time after seeing how crowded it was and after learning they were short staffed. We 20 mins before the show started, I asked our server if because of our time constraints that he thought we should just pay and leave with how busy they were, he knelt down and told us that it wasn’t his fault what we ordered took a long time to cook with a raised voice and stomped off. I walked away to tell the host who was busing tables, and she said a manager would come. When our waiter came back with the check and one of the meals, while charging us for them both. I told him I’d need that one taken off since we have to leave and I thought what he did was really rude and couldn’t believe it. He laughed and asked if I was serious, came back with a bill, apologized, and we left without manager ever coming, making it to our show as it was starting. The roof top is gorgeous and the food is sooooo good, but you had to raise your voice to be heard by the person sitting across from you, and you have to know that you’re going to have to wait a long time with shotty service.

We had a lovely early dinner on the rooftop deck before a crowd arrived. Great service, fresh food and the best burrata we’ve had outside of Italy. Highly recommend the paella as well.

Had a wonderful dinner at Terra Platta. It was Sunday night, so wasn't crowded at all. The food lived up to what you would expect from a high end farm to table restaurant, and good variety of offerings for different palates. Service was excellent, and sat on the roof top outside with the wonderful weather. The prices are high, but not unreasonable for the quality of everything. Will certainly go back next time we are in town.

The chantrelle dish was one of the best things I’ve had in some time! Every item we ordered was absolutely delicious!

Theee is no better place for a great meal, great drinks/wine options and the feeling of a home away from home for the evening. We will continue to celebrate every milestone at Terra Plata!

The outdoor terrace is such a fun space, and their food, as always, was top-notch.

As always - a special night at TP! The food was outstanding. Our server was really lovely but rarely came by. It was a school night for my daughter and what should have been a 90 minute meal was 2.5 hours because our server was unable to check on us because he was spread too thin. Absolutely LOVELY server. Best food, but infrequent check ins and the night was far too long for a weeknight.

Fabulous experience on their beautiful roof top. The service was excellent and very accommodating to our large group even when we needed to add a few people at the last minute.
