L'historique Tartar Frigate est l'un des seuls restaurants en silex du XVIIIe siècle du comté de Kent. Reconnu comme l'un des meilleurs restaurants de fruits de mer, il offre une magnifique vue panoramique sur Viking Bay à Broadstairs. Si vous n'aimez pas les fruits de mer, vous pouvez toujours choisir un succulent plat traditionnel du monde entier de son grand menu. Au bar, vous trouverez un feu accueillant auprès duquel vous pourrez vous réchauffer. Pendant la semaine folklorique de Broadstairs, le Tartar Frigate devient un lieu important pour les festivités, et organise des concerts la journée ainsi que le soir. En été, vous pourrez savourer votre bière sur la plage.

Overlooking the sea & beach, with lovely food. There was a really good choice menu & the dishes we had were amazing, big portions (too much for me personally lol) It was my birthday & as always I spend it with my mum. She had the sea bass followed by ice cream & I had the duck & bread n butter pudding with custard for dessert! Was all delicious 😋 would highly recommend this restaurant. The staff were efficient & friendly! Overall a lovely day!

Wonderful service from start to finish. The four course roast lunch is excellent. If you're in the area then make a date to try, you won't be disappointed.

Thank you for your fantastic service and understanding towards my Aunts behavior which is sadly driven by Dementia. Your care and attention was second to none . My Aunt has fantastic memories of good times at the Tartare Frigate with my parents , who sadly are no longer with us .. To Kaminee and the Team thank you … the food was delicious as always x

Delicious oysters to start. The skate wing was enormous & full of flavour. The cheese board was enough to share. Friendly helpful staff; so for our first visit, we were thoroughly impressed.
