Tam's Speakeasy. A cocktail experience showcasing classic cocktails through modern favorites. This is cover charge, it books 1 person for the Tam's monthly speakeasy. Enjoy the music, cocktails, light food options, and a wonderful night out. Contact Jake by email at jlarowe@lawrysonline.com if you have any questions. If not we will see you under the red light. PLEASE LEAVE A VALID PHONE NUMBER FOR PASSWORD AND ACCESS DIRECTIONS, WE WILL CALL YOU DAY OF. There is a two drink minimum per person. A small food menu is also available, however the full Tam O'Shanter menu is not offered in the Speakeasy.

Prime rib is excellent as usual. Host did help try to accommodate our group closest to the Walt Disney table (thank you!). However, today’s visit has problems. The restaurant need to have servers inform guests if meals will take 45 minutes. It felt very long. Also provide more training. Our server missed the following: 1. Asked if we wanted horseradish with the prime rib 2. Provided complimentary dessert for a birthday 3. Returned to check on our table if we are ok after reviving our dishes 4. If offering dessert, inform us of the soufflé that takes a while to make. We come to the Lawry’s group restaurants frequently to know the expected service and today was poor.

First time here for us, we went with friends that have been going here for years. We had a reservation for 5 people at 5pm. We arrived at 5 and were seated within 2 minutes. My wife and I do not eat beef so we were surprised that my salmon and here chicken were excellent, everyone else loved their beef dishes. The waitress and other service people were all very attentive and did an excellent job.

As always… a great dining experience. Brought people from out of town and they were very pleased. They loved the history of the place and the decor. Prime rib sandwich was tender and juicy. Service was great. Been coming here for 40 years and still love it.

It's been a while since I've been to Tam's. I appreciate the consistent taste in the food. Service was a bit slow as it seemed our waitress has this whole section in another room and just our table in the next. Things did get better. Drinks took a bit as well. Overall enjoyed coming back and will see if we can put this in the rotation for the family!

The servers were very nice but the food was AWFUL. Saw many good reviews but not sure if we were at the same place. 2 of us ordered the full scottish breakfast and everything was dry and way overcooked. There was a lump of sausage patty that was unlike anything i’ve ever seen. WTF? 2 others got the prime rib which looked like sliced meat of fatty human remains. Just atrocious presentation. and to add, there was a black rubber band like thing found in the steamed veggies. The sticky toffee pudding was dry and overcooked, the sundae was actually not bad just kind of small and the trifle was a tasteless mess. I might even ignore some of this but the place is expensive. There was no love or thought put into the food. I feel taken advantage of. Overall, not coming back for the food. Might try the pub quiz, though lol
