I came from Japan on my honeymoon on September 14th. Walt's table number 31 was occupied, so I took another seat, but I asked if I could just take a photo. A very kind staff member guided us around using a translation app and even took a photo for us. The food was delicious and the staff were kind to me, making it a memory I'll never forget. I was really happy. thank you very much.

The service folks were very nice. The place is very old-school as one would probably expect. The food was average at best. The rye bread seemed a bit stale and not toasted, the corned beef was decent quality, if spare portion. I won’t be back.

Traditional steak house that is a must experience. Family owned since 1922 and a tradition in the LA area.

Waitress and bussed were great. Hostess and management need to reconsider their ways. Food is meh, especially for the prices they charge. The history and charm of the place is there but doesn’t suit the subpar management.

Tam O’Shanter is a classic restaurant that’s been around for a long time. The food is consistently good, especially the prime rib. We had a 5:30 reservation and were seating quickly. Waiter greeted us right away, brought our drinks with in a timely manner, however, getting our food it took almost 45 minutes. Timing was cutting it close since we had a concert to go to, but it worked out fine.

We had a very nice meal at Tam O Shanter. It has an old time vibe that's coupled with its history as a place that Disney and his Imagineers gathered. Ask your waiter to give you the low-down. I had the turkey sandwich, made with real turkey, nice and moist, with cranberry sauce. On the side were beets, cole slaw and pickles. All very tasty. It did take quite a while to be served, though we were enjoying ourselves and it didn't seem excessive. Waitstaff was attentive and pleasant. In all a very nice visit and i hope to return when I'm in the area.
